The picture here shows what it looks like. A folding plug fork configuration. The packaging shows a traditional grounded 3 pronged plug that doesn't fold in to the box. So do not expect a 3 pronged plug. Works as expected without issues. Cost was more than I had expected, but I haven't had to buy one before so I simply got some sticker shock.
