My old adapter was really old and worn out. I purchased my new adapter from Best Buy and within a very short time my laptop was up and running again. Excellent quality and I am very happy with it.

I found that if I moved the cord even slightly it became unplugged. This was a particular problem for me since my laptop doesn't have a battery. So when the cord unplugged, the computer shut off. I found this very aggravating.

This power adapter is a backup for our HP laptop. It is a surge protector as well as a power cord. We have not used it yet, but it should work great!

BF's power adaptor went south and we needed a new one quickly. Best buy was able to supply it quickly and he was able to get up and running. Unfortunately, the laptop was on its last legs and died about a month later.

Needed this to charge the laptop. After buying an after market charger, it was not powerful enough to charge the laptop and power it. Getting this made things a lot easier!

It is a power supply, so there’s not much to say. It works as expected, and I think I like the form factor better than what came with my HP Envy X360. And it was on sale, so a good buy.

This product is amazing. I got it while on a business trip since I forgot my laptop power cord. I like this one so much better. It is less bulky than the original and it fits better in the laptop bag.

The new cord put me back in business. The second product pictured, a battery didn't work well. Geeks sent camera off and the company replaced it with a company battery. A great solution.

I travel a lot, and this charger is so much nicer to carry in my computer case. I also like the versatility of being able to remove the plug and use a longer cord if need be.

I got to a point I could not get my laptop to power up. I took it to the geek squad, they suggested I try this cord. I was able to get my old laptop to power up and work again.

The charger charges pretty fast but has a huge block and a short cord which is very inconvenient. I plan on purchasing an original one soon. It takes up too much space on my plug. It looks nothing like the original one.
