It was incompatible with the British power supply. My son (a student at Oxford University, England, UK) had to buy a new adapter locally.

Would not hold charge

The charger would not charge my HP notebook but would slowly keep it from dying which lasted 3-4 days. I don’t even know if I can return this product.

Stopped working over a month ago

Tried to get another one from the store- Guess of course they don not carry them now- imagine that!

It has been used maybe 10 times - it pops every time you plug it in ANYWHERE and now it has cracked on both sides. TOTAL CRAP!

Great spare for traveling

It's great that it can be used on different HP models. There are less expensive off-brand universal power adapters. But after seeing reviews of those which can affect the laptop's battery, it's a no brainer to go with the HP. My only complaint is the cord is too short and so I'll have to purchase an extension cord.
