never fails

Only wish they would sell the combo with the color cartridge (#93), can't seem to find it through best buy any longer.

Difficult to find this older model ink cartridge

Service was excellent and representative was able to determine quickly that they had one in store and brought it to the counter for me.

Great getting online

I know exactly what I am ordering and getting. This product is not usually still available in stores, so ordering online is the best way to go. This is the second time ordering in this way and it will probably continue to be this way.
