I've had this laptop for almost a month and so far, so good. It boots right on up every time I've powered it down and the speed is exactly what I need. The battery lasts for roughly 5 hours for me, with moderate to a little bit of heavy use. My old laptop was a 15" HP 360 envy with an i7 CORE and loads of storage space. I got an amazing deal on it (600 versus 900) and knew I wanted something similar but lighter and more compact. That laptop lasted about 4 years before it got to the point where I just couldn't deal with the speed anymore and the battery probably lasts about 1.5 hours, maybe. It still works but the speed and battery aren't the best. This is the 3rd laptop I've had by HP. My first one lasted about 4.5 to 5 years due to the screen going out and me not wanting to get it fixed. Hopefully, this lasts a bit longer with better care. My only con is that I can't seem to get it to work with my printer, which I admit is about 8 years old but still works fairly well. There's something about the drive on this laptop. Hopefully, my new printer will work fine. Otherwise, I'm not sure what I'll do. Also, Windows 11 won't install on it. I can't remember why.

Runs very fast, has a good amount of storage, display is clean and colorful, touch screen words great, love the backlit keyboard, battery doesn’t last too long but that’s probably due to how I use it.

Really liked the feel and finish of the laptop and was fast. Had to return it due to the fact Windows updates failed to install. Tried for 2 days to install updates but kept failing. Dropped it off at Geek Squad and they had no success getting windows to install updates. Ultimately had to return it and bought a different refurbished HP model from Best Buy and I'm happy with it.

Bought this to make YouTube videos and it handles all the processing to create, render, and upload just fine. Slim, light and practical enough for everyday use. Plus buying refurbished saved me a couple bucks.

I just recently purchased a refurbished HP-X360 1030 G2 13.3” laptop. It’s Intel core i5-7300U with 8GBRAM 256 GB SSD W10P and it is one of the best decisions I have in a while. It is laptop and doubles as a tablet it folds backwards to hide the keyboard. Once again it’s refurbished so I have my doubts but I couldn’t be happier. I had one problem with it. It’s basically brand new and I got a super good deal. Battery life is excellent. Last super long the screen is crystal clear and I haven’t had a problem with it slowing down. It’s faster than my MacBook. I Also got Toltec if I ever need. If you don’t know about ptotic, you should definitely look into it I highly recommend it thank you Best Buy for my new HP!

Good value - Computer works great very little issues with geting a new computer

I expected this to be a semi-decent option for schooling, playing low quality games and other day to day activities. However, quickly I realized this wasn’t the case. I have friends who have spent less on other laptops and got theirs to last more than this one I’ve bought. After about two weeks, it was slow, took long to update, and many more issues. I wouldn’t spent the amount on this one, try to look for better low budget options.

This computers audio system did not work. It looks like this has been an ongoing issue with this type of speaker. I did buy it refurbished so maybe the fault lies with me. It was one day past the return date that I needed to do a Zoom meeting for work and it did not work. Spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. My fault for not googling the quality of what I bought but it was a total waste of 300.00.
