At times when I grow tired of using the touchpad on the laptop I use the mouse instead which is quite useful for gaming purposes and other things which require quick clicks instead of dragging precariously with the laptop's touchpad.

For small hands

Not what you want in a mouse. I've only had it a little while so I can't comment on the battery life. One reason I bought it is because it claims the battery last two years or more. We'll see. Too late to return it now. Bad luck for me.
