Technician was very friendly but was not able to fix problem with our TV screen flashing. His solution did not correct problem. Still having same problems with it now.

The agent was here to do a home network and the only thing that was connected was the fax machine which was not the problem.

we purchased the Eero router with a booster ($299) to improve wi-fi- unfortunately despite the Geeks best efforts (and four hours of trying) he never could get the router to talk to the app. so had to return the router. The Geek was was great and tried his best but it just did not work.
