I practically loss a lot of money since I didn't buy the geek squad protection plan when I bought this phone .my phone broke lol within 20 days ( water damage-my own fault) and I wasent cover . Awesome phone. I upgraded from an HTC M8 and I'm definitely not dissapointed with this phone. Works smoothly and I love it.

Not as popular as Apple and Samsung in the US, however, this phone is great and has excellent build quality.

I've never been so unsatisfied with an htc product than this one. Ive had four htc products in the pass they were all midrange phones and they were awesome, i never had any issuses with them. Htc phones has always been my favortite type of phone despite the competition.I was looking to upgrade from my old htc phone to the new htc 10 phone. I decided to get the htc 10 on black friday it was on sale for $500 dollars, i was very exctied and couldnt wait to get it. I purchased an unlocked version. From the moment ive had this phone it has been nothing but problems. The phone resets itself atleast 10-15 times a day. Boot up time is extremely slow. The phone can never pick up my mobile data once i leave from a spot that has wifi. The phone caused the Bluetooth in my car to freeze 3 times. I had to turn my vehicle off to fix the Bluetooth. I have a brand new vehicle and it has never done this with any other devices i connected with. Half of the time my phone cant dial out because it has no signal or network despite where i am. It rarely dials out and when i hang up the phone, its still on "dial" and i have to turn it out to get rid of the touch pad screen. I dont know if buying an unlocked phone caused so many issues, or i dont know if i had got a bad phone but this has been an horrible experience. The most ive ever spent on a phone was $200.00, but this phone was $500.00(on sale). Htc's solution was to factory reset the phone. This was a brand new product under, 20 days old. I shouldn't have to reset a product ive spent so much money on. This product has so much potential and i would LOVE to keep it. The phone itself is beautiful. Its has a nice weight, the camera is awesome and i love the speakers. I thought upgrading the phone to nougat software would fix the bugs but it hasn't. Htc phones are really underrated products, but after this purchase i doubt i will purchase another, and i I would suggest looking elsewhere for a phone.
