Very nice phone with state of the art specs, at a sale price that can't be beat for a brand new phone. The build quality seems very good, but I've only had it for a month so can only rate it 4 at this time.

Great hardware except for the recessed power button. Plenty fast even 2 years after launch. Good screen though it's a bit warm compared to amoled displays. Front speakers produce good quality of sound.

My new htc is very easy to use. I was able to learn the many features rather quickly. It also takes great pictures and it was very easy to figure out how to use the camera and video recorder.

If you an Android fan, this is a great phone. It takes excellent pictures, has a bright and large screen, and the battery life is decent (make sure you use Power Saver mode). No qualms about it, this is a great phone with plenty of features.

The phone is so great , and I loved it so much But the phone box wasn't good and it was like it opened by another guy before me. But the phone itself and its accessories was good and perfect.

HTC is a synonymous of quality. On this model they delivered on every way. I am very satisfied with the product, the shipment and the price. Gladly surprised that Best Buy shipped the product many days ahead of the promised date. :)

I love the HTC one it has great sound, excellent camera and camcorder and is easy to find what I;m looking for on it. cant wait to upgrade to the new version of the HTC v8.

Good phone as long as you don't get one that has the purple tint on the camera. Downside is once the battery goes out or if you have any internal issues phone will be useless.

User friendly, light weight, big screen, excellent speakers and picture quality. Only downside is it doesn't come apart, so you can never take the battery out.

Watch out Apple IPhone! I get questions all the time about my phone, its look and picture quality... I should be a spokesman, but the phone speaks for itself...

Everything is good but signal issues when you use hands free while put the phone between your shoulder and head on left hand side... You have to adjust yourself....

This is a great phone and we'll priced, great sound could be a little louder, great screen display, would be better to have removable battery and memory card.

HTC makes great phones andd this one doesnt disappoint. Simple, easy to use interface along with android software make this as good a phone as any out there.

Love the phone. The camera is awesome. It is very clear, and the options to adjust the focus are plentiful. The memory is great, even with the system update.

Got this for my sister and she absolutely loved it, not to mention best buy was giving out a gift card which i kept for myself hahaha! Loved the color, sound and display on the phone.

This phone is great, works very well. Has probably the best sound in its class, however you sacrifice screen size for it. Feels very solid and responds quickly when using apps.

The phone is good in performance except the camera which is known bug. So if you are not going to use camera in the phone, it's good buy.

I really like the blue color. The phone is very well built and light. The beats sound is loud. Haven't get any problem or ATT signal for a month since purchasing the phone.

Take a regular M7 and dye it blue and you have this version. I think it's exclusive to Best Buy and it is really cool looking.

I got this when it was $150 on sale. Fantastic little phone. The screen is super sharp at 1080p, the design is gorgeous, and it's very snappy for the most part.
