The headphones it comes with are great, but with that said the base of the ear bud itself is shaped oddly. They rub my ears the wrong way. The phones speakers are top notch and screen very colorful and sharp. The camera doesn't have the best mp around but pictures it takes are true to color and and very vivid. I can't complain. Great low light and macro pics also.

The HTC One M8 defines premium phones
Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I have had this device for over a month. I absolutely love the build quality, 90% aluminum unibody. The front facing speakers make it an absolute pleasure to listen to music, watch videos, play games. The camera does an amazing job of capturing the moment. It's fast to focus, excellent in low light, and has easy to use manual settings. I have sold others on the phone simply by sharing photos I've taken at little league games and family functions. The battery life has been solid, getting me through a usual business day with ease. The touchscreen is incredibly responsive. The device is tri-band capable which means you have access to Sprint's Spark network. I have reach 40-60mbps is some areas. That alone sells the device. I have little to no qualms about the device.
