Stay away from this phone, and Sprint

I've had this for 8mo now, so here is what I think: 1. Phone is too slippery and edges are rounded; It's tricky holding it during longer conversations, texting, playing, etc; 2. Camera quality got worse and worse, taking only foggy pictures within a month of purchase. I cleaned off the anti-glare film on the lenses, but the quality has never been the same; This seems to be a common problem with HTC. 3. Sound is okay; It's not noticeable better than other smart phones. The "special" earbuds which came with the phone are unusable, unless I sit still, otherwise they do not stay in my ears. 4. Reception is terrible. This could also be blamed on the Sprint network, but often it switched from 4g to roam, in the same location. 5. Constant System Updates required; This is probably the most annoying feature, as it can't be disabled. Try ignoring it, but the constant popups keep reminding me how much I hate this phone. You have to realize that whenever you perform an update, Google gets all your info off the phone whether you like it or not (pictures, data, contacts) for marketing purposes. 6. Tactile inputs are often misinterpreted. For example, oftentimes I hung up a call which I mean to answer, or vice-versa. ...or tap the screen to see what time it is, but voice activation comes on. Long story short, I've been frustrated with my HTC HarmonKardon and can't wait to get rid of this contract.

My brother upgraded to this phone and it has really great speakers for music. It's also one of the nicest feeling phones I've ever held.
