Mislead
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.Nice phone, fast startup and shutdown but difficult to do "power off" as the option doesn't come on easily when you press/hold the power button down as per instruction. It would either go black/stand-by or restart if you hold too long. Also, Best Buy had the specs as 32GB and the rep there supposedly verified that when I went to pick it up but it was only 16GB...It was very important for us as it was for my dad who already had a phone with 16GB and wanted a 32GB one. So now have to deal with the hassle of driving all the way back across the border to Best Buy US store to return it within 14 days when they should have confirmed properly for me...

Good phone but its not unlocked

great phone for my mom
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I purchased the phone for my mom (57 yrs old) and she is totally happy with it! She likes its design and functioning and everything. She does need to recharge it once in a while but she is using the phone all the time for talking, texting and occasionally for internet, so recharging is not more frequent than with any other model. In short, it's a great phone for her.
