The base station of VR is defective. I was lucky I was able to return it at Best buy. Since HTC has terrible customer service after reading the HTC forum. I decided not to do an exchange and avoid the risk. 1500$ product should have much better quality control and technical support

So before I thought about buying one of these I got skeptical if this was going to be mind blowing and sure enough I was mind blown ! What really helped convince me to buy his was a perfect opportunity in japan at the VR world and sure enough there was a huge section of the pro and the moment I tried it out on numerous games , I have already made up my mind on what I want and yeah I’ll admit the price is high but if you think about it and if your the kind of person that works hard and extra it’s for you and also keep in mind if you wanna save time and money in the long run it’s best to go for this because you never know when the previous model will be outdated , however if your a beginner and can’t afford too much the buy the previous model If I had to describe it in one sentence I felt like I was there and I can’t wait for more games to play it on or what other stuff I can do

Incredibly skeptic of spending the $1400 for the Pro Kit and the additional $350 for wireless adapter and adapter kit, but this gaming system is UNREAL. EVERY. Single. One. Of. My. Friends. Loved. It. I cannot, GF loved it, and she's not even a gamer. As soon as you put this thing on, you lose notion of your surrounding from how immersive this system is. I also need to add that this is my first VR system. Oh, and Google Earth VR on this is CRAZY!!

Too expensive to be DOA out of the box - very disappointing. Leaves you wondering what kind of Q&A processes they have before shipping. Item is special order so even getting this replaced would take time - will most likely just return as DOA and buy something else. Product support is limited - relying on google searches and community support sites.
