Very good product. Camera good but not great. A little heavy. The phone or case included in apackage is too slippery.

This phone is so underrated here in the US, read the phone specifications to see what this phone can do. The processor speed matches and surpasses S8 & I phone 8. Huge battery that does not heat up, and lasts for a long time. You will be glad you got this phone, and the price is unbelievable, I got mine open box, basically brand-new for under $400.

Double Sims card for 2 numbers. Good cameras, faster and good value. Really use 2days battery.

I've watched many review videos and read many website review posts on the Huawei Mate 9 and most were very good. The questionable things were the 1080P screen, and the EMUI skin over top of Android 7.0. The screen is actually quite amazing and that's comparing it to the Nexus 6P that I still have as well. I would say don't worry about the resolution unless you are into VR and that may be an issue. Waterproof is not an issue as well as some have mentioned this as a concern. If you don't go in a swimming pool or ocean with the phone then not a worry. I wonder if this phone will get Android 7.1.1. soon because there are some nice features as app long press shortcuts. The camera seems like it has good potential and has many options that look interesting. Right now i can't say how good battery life is due to not using the device long enough but i think it will be good. A 4000 Mah battery is great. The size of 5.9" is also great. If you are looking for a larger screen smartphone with a great display quality, longer battery life, and a very nice camera then this is it.

I've fallen in love with my Huawei Mate 9! It's full of power and it has never locked up on me. I did my homework before purchasing the Mate 9 and I couldn't find a better phone for the money. I initially wanted the Samsung Galaxy 7 but the Mate 9 has all the same features at about half the price. The battery life is the best I've ever had in a phone and the fast charge gives me 3/4 full battery in about 30 minutes! I only charge my phone once every 3 days!

I bought this phone for my wife. we were both a little skeptical about the brand not being well known to us, but now, we are very satisfied by the phone's quality and features and price. good things about the phone: very reasonable price, good build quality, long lasting battery and fast charging, very good camera, very polished user interface, useful accessories included with the phone: nice protective case, preinstalled screen protector, a nice set of earphones with mic and volume and call control, micro usb to usb c adapter. I was worried a little about the resolution of the screen but, the screen is so nice to look at. plus, it would not drain the battery like a qhd screen would. go ahead and buy it, you won't regret it.

I honestly love this phone. It's fast, the camera is great (the front camera isn't as clear as my S7 Edge's camera, but still good), it's got plenty of space, the size is perfect, price is phenomenal, and the fact that it came with so many accessories AND a pre-installed screen protector? Yeah, Huawei: you the best baby!

Now that I've head a chance to use the phone for a few weeks I have to say that it's one of the best I ever owned. Fast, no hiccups, good camera and decent sound. Instant fingerpring reader. I was first worried about somewhat low resolution compared to flagships, but its great. I even like the EMUI....

If you want a flagship phone but don't want to spend $1000, get this phone! It will run with the big dogs and not cost a fortune! I had a Nexus 6 before and this phone is night and day. It laughs at everything I throw at it. I even took the same SIM card I had in the Nexus 6 and put it in this phone. The cellular reception is phenomenal! In areas where I had to use a cell booster for the Nexus to get a decent signal, the Mate 9 outperforms by a landslide. With a booster the Nexus would get around 10 Mb/s. The Mate 9 would get 25+Mb/s with NO booster! I don't know how Huawei did it but this phone rarely drops a signal. Combine that with a BEAST processor & GPU, Mate 9 is a must have especially at it's price point. Only Concern is the Huawei bloatwear. It's less than most but it's there. Great phone to last!

For those who blindly purchase a phone based on name alone, too bad you'll never experience the Mate 9. Those of us not jaded by name recognition alone will totally benefit. The Mate 9 is fast, powerful, and the battery goes on for nearly two days. And the camera? Well it's amazing!

With all the YouTube video reviews and multiple online reviews checked out. It was clear the phone is true to hold up long term. The software, camera, and battery are all solid. The only thing holding this phone from the cream of the crop is the lack of water resistance. Other than that, no regrettable thing about the phone. A big phone for long working hours. A plus was a screen protector and a phone cover for free inside the case.

Picked this one up after intending to replace my Samsung with another large screen Samsung. I like fast charge, long battery life and the world class photos with the dual Leica lens camera. Alexa lovers will like the built in Alexa for Huawei. Fingerprint security is a nice feature, but somewhat obstructed by the flip case I use. Only negative, it is a little heavy, but that is a trade-off for big battery. Note: The free gift pack (extra charger and selfy stick) promo advertised on the box was discontinued by Huawei. Not nice. It can be purchased for a few bucks if you look around, and worth having. Overall, the best phone I've had.

This phone is the best phone hands down I've ever used it's performance blazing fast. Don't mind that the screen is 1080p you'll never notice the brightness, screen saturation, and viewing angles are all good although color reproduction leaves something to be desired. The battery life goes on for at least eight hours of on screen time granted you aren't doing anything battery intensive e.g-gaming, benchmarks, watching video over LTE. I would say my only gripe with this phone would be the UI it's not the greatest but it does do a very good job of not bloating the phone.

What Can I say. I read great things people have to say about Huawei and the Mate 9, While it may lack in some features it makes up for in performance, putting my Galaxy S7 to shame when comparing how smooth the devices run. the battery life is excellent and is monitered by the built-in phone manager app. the screen is great The Leica branded camera is not too shabby either. With it being unlocked all you have to do it put in a micro sim car and the phone will do the rest!. I highly recommend people who want alternatives to the S8+ and the Iphone 8 Plus

I've been a fan of Huawei phones since the Mate 2. I upgraded from the ZTE ZMax Pro to the Mate 9. I continue to be impressed with Huawei's batteries and power-saving capabilities. The mate 9 ZMax Pro both have a non-replaceable 4000mah battery, but the mate 9 send to last a full day where as the ZMax Pro was only lasted a few hours. I was really looking forward to the dual lieca camera setup on the the mate 9 but have not really been impressed yet. The ZMax Cabrera was outstanding considering it only had one lens. And though the mate 9 is only .1 inch Shaker that the ZMax Pro, it feels considerably smaller in the hand. This is probably my biggest complaint with the mate 9. I really do like a bigger phone to fit in my hand. The touch screen is somewhat frustrating too. There is often a bit of lag in recognition of touches. But the trade of of (way) better battery life and twice as much native memory is definitely an improvement. The $499 sales tag is a bit painful for me (about $200 more than what I like to spend) but with the $179 price tag of the ZMax Pro, there is some truth to the statement you get what you pay for.

Upgraded to this phone from a Nexus 5. So far this one blows it out of the water. Super camera, fast, beautiful display, can easily see why it's the#1 phone maker in China. A lot of phone for Good price. Definitely recommend.

I love the size and speed of this phone so far. Only had it for a little over a week and am still learning what it does. So far, after having a Samsung G6 and an LG G3, I like this phone just as much if not more. Battery truly last a full 2 days. In fact I am on day 3 and still at 38% right now. Still learning the camera but it does a nice job. Phone is most responsive one I have had. Have already recommended others look into the Mate 9 when they need a new phone. Great phone for the $600 price. No issues so far.

This was my first Huawei purchase...This phone is a great device, it has a great screen. I have an Lg V20 and this phone beats my V20 in many factors..The battery life is amazing, I'm averaging over 6 hours of screen on time with this phone...The cameras are just as amazing as well...Huawei has gain a new customer because of this phone. I would recommend this phone to everyone...

Having had various Samsung and Sony phones over the past few years, I wasn't sure about going with a less well known brand. I know HuaWei is a huge company, but just not familiar to me. The display is beautiful. Charging is amazingly fast. The first smart phone I have had that lasts 2 days on a single charge. Low cost and very high quality accessories. Very fast. Great camera. Nothing bad to say about it at all.
