I love being able to use my phone abroad with no extra fees. I used iPhones from 2010-2017 and I'm not the most tech savvy person. It took me a while to get things set up on this phone, and some things I just gave up on. The battery life is terrible compared to even my 3 year old iPhone. Even immediately after purchase I couldn't get through an entire day without charging. That's probably my biggest complaint. Also freezes more and runs more slowly than I would expect. Probably going to be moving on from this thing soon.

In my opinion, this is down to the play store and developing apps that will work across many devices. In the end the phone froze on several occasions where it shouldn't have done so. Even performing simple multitasking will make the phone choke. I returned mine and went back to iOS.

Great phone BUT Beware of Microphone Issue

Unfortunately, the earlier stock (which, I'm guessing, created this stock of refurbs) had a flaw with the noise canceling microphone which causes listeners at the other end to hear your voice dropping in and out- you can find this easily on Google. If you get one without the flaw, it's a fantastic deal. I had to return mine, now I purchased another to try again. Until I know it's corrected, I can't recommend it.

Loved the phone but had issues with speaker

My phone updates are fast .. My real issue was the speaker when making and receiving calls. The calls were echoing and noisy. We determined there was a problem with the phone. I returned it and purchased another. Now I am in love with my replacement phone.

We are truly sorry to hear that you've encountered difficulties with the speakers and we would like to give you a list of steps you can take to resolve audio issues with your Nexus 6P if you experience any in the future: Ensure that you are in an area with good network reception when making a call.
In addition, avoid making calls in noisy environments.
If you are using hand-held mode, try adjusting the position of the phone in your hand.
In hand-held mode, the audio source should be no more than 10 cm away from the microphone.
Aligning the receiver with your ear can help to increase the call volume.
You can turn up the call volume during a call using the volume up button.
Do not cover the microphone (normally on the bottom of the phone) with your fingers or other objects.
