    It looks like new, my son loves it. The phone is very nice, the reason I don't give it 5 star is it missing a little stick for open the Sim card slot.

    Incredibly pleased with this phone. It's everything and more. My refurb came with the rapid charger and add the sim kit and minutes card , you get them for free.
