It is at the border of being a deep tissue, and it does it well.

This is a great upper back massager chair, has a good amount of power and gets the problem spots. The only issue is it’s a little small.

I love the color and design of this chair. The massage is a lit rough for me though.

Kids got this for Dad's birthday, and it was a huge hit for someone who ike to lounge in his room after another long day at work. Also, for someone who can't really leave work behind and needs to keep at the laptop, this is a great way to relax and have the body massaged at the ache points. Love it and would highly recommend it!

Chair was not according to my expectations . I got it for surgery patient but it was too low and it’s hard for the patient to sit down. Also massage was so hard for normal healthy person so I returned it the same day.

I am 6 foot tall. The chair may be a little small but it work well and hit all the spots on my back.

It was very nice to use for about two years. But unfortunately one of the massaging arms broke and I am not sure what to do about it. Otherwise a good product and helped a lot with my back issues. So will still recommend the product.

For an urbanite such as myself, I found it provides great massages for a chair this size. It fits in my small living room and now watching TV is so much more awesome.
