It was a bit too rough on my feet and calves so I had to return it. The heat and vibrate modes were nice though.

It was hurting at the beginning until I changed the way I had my legs. Once I know how to control the massage, it works pretty good. I found that when your legs were a little swollen it does hurt your legs and you can't adjust the massage. There should be an adjustment for different users. Once you get used to the settings that are on the machine, it works fine. I would check with your doctor before using this machine.

My daughter is an RN in the ER on the night shift. She works 12 hour shifts. When she comes home she cannot feel her feet or legs. I purchased this for her but it it so amazing that everyone in the house uses it. It massages your feet, your calves plus the bottom of your feet. It is so wonderful. It also comes with heat. Absolutely love this massager!

I am amazed how this helps my legs and feet. It relaxes me so much I am able to sleep better. I have issues with restless leg and after 20 minutes in this many times I find myself waking up with my legs still in the machine (it sits at the foot of our bed most of the time). There are many settings and they each do something different. My favorite one at night is the "relax" one (go figure). I am very happy with this item. Yes, it costs but I have already found it to be worth the cost.

I'm on my feet all day and this machine does wonders to relax me. Very strong massage on calves and the feet. It massages in 15 minute intervals. Made with very strong material too.

This device was extremely painful. Maybe my calves were too big, but it squeezed both me and my husbands legs so hard it felt like our legs were going to pop. I like firm and strong foot/leg massages, but this was just too intense.
