I was hesitant to shell out so much cash for this chair but it was well worth it. Assembly was a breeze. My boyfriend and I put it together in less than 20 minutes.The chair is comfortable for extended use and the massage functions have helped with my constant back pain. Just 15minutes and I feel rejuvenated. Easy to use and relatively quiet while operating the massage functions. You can hear the chair when the house is quiet but it is not an annoying sound, a low whirring. Only thing this chair needs is a pillow to prop your head, the included head rest does not do enough to provide support and comfort.

This was the first massage chair we've bought as a family. And man, it was really good. It had the ability to go "hard" or deep and really drill out knots and things. However, the chair did not last that long. Maybe a year and a half. The warranty called for a replacement, but because we're in Hawaii we had to pay $615 for shipping (which we ended up doing; they actually sent us a different model because this one is discontinued. I think it was an upgrade). So it was a little disappointing.
