It randomly stops and when I try to contact their customer service they haven't gotten back to me in 2 weeks now. The battery's also dying now a lot quicker. I used to get a week before I had to charge it and now it's every couple of days. If you've done the math that's extremely bad return. Also it will not pedal like a regular bike because the motor stops you from being able to pedal.
