It runs ok but not great. Uphill you struggle battery sluggish. I just had it a few 4 months and battery seems to have stopped working. Need to call for warranty coverage. Too expensive for not lasting longer.

Great bike for anyone very apprehensive about getting their kid into their first e bike. Overall very well put together and solid. We have recently been made aware about regulations regarding e bikes that require more lighting and safety lights so do your research.

Good decent bike

I used it for the time and ride is good. The chain slipped for first time but it’s easy to fix and after that never gave issue

i was told there was a 15 day return policy. Best buy did not honor that after I paid someone with a pick up truck to bring it back to store.. Now I do not have the user manual, It finally took a charge. I did not have the user manual because i lost it in a move ... If i can find out how long to charge it and what tire pressure needs to be i will be a happy camper.

I wish I could get my money back

After a week the motor stopped working all the time. It randomly stops and when I try to contact their customer service they haven't gotten back to me in 2 weeks now. The battery's also dying now a lot quicker. I used to get a week before I had to charge it and now it's every couple of days. If you've done the math that's extremely bad return. Also it will not pedal like a regular bike because the motor stops you from being able to pedal.

Stopped working after a week

It seems like a good built bike very sturdy. However my son rode it for 4 days then on the 5th he went to ride and it had no power. Not a good start for something that is this expensive
