    I never knew I needed one of these until we found ourselves short a port on our laptop when trying to upload firmware onto our son's new PS5 headset. It worked as advertised. It will get put to good use.

    The product works well. I wish that it came with a power plug. If you plug your laptop usb c power connector into the device and plug the usb c connector into your laptop, it does not provide enough power to power your laptop. If your laptop has only 1 usb C connector and it is used to power the laptop then this is not a good device for you.
