The hub works very well. But I'm a little annoyed that I had to buy it because the computer doesn't have any usb ports

Wanted this so I could attach another monitor to my ASUS Vivobook X1502 laptop since it only has one HDMI out. Unfortunately, the HDMI port didn't work. The other ports, USB-A and -C, worked. I may try to exchange it to see if a bad unit.

Stopped working after 28 days and Best Buy’s ridiculous return policy of 14 days will not allow me to return it. $80 product piece of crap.

It worked well as expected at first and slowly died after a couple weeks and I returned it. It was an open box sale item which may have been the issue. I have the same brand, different model on another laptop which has performed flawlessly for a few years and I thought this would be a great choice. My poor experience may have just been this unit and not an indication of the quality of other units of this model.

It worked once, my laptop keyboard is not working so I have to use a wired keyboard n mouse. When I plug them in on the first day it work. But since then I tried using it again and it will not work

Failure to allow any other accessory’s to be plugged in.

Product is cheaply made and does not contain all the cords you will need to use it. Overpriced and disappointing.

Bought an Apple iMac and needed this to have the different ports that the iMac did not provide. This did the trick. I love it.
