Bought for my nephew's 10th birthday and he LOVES it! Perfect size for preteen and has a good zip to it. He says it's easy to maneuver and fun to ride. Would recommend for any kid 8+!

I bought this for my daughter age 10 and she loves it so much. The battery last do long and it charges up fast as well. The pink color is so pretty and it goes the right speed for her. Highly recommended

Best Buy's delivery service is wonderful, they keep you updated all the time and they are very professional, with a team that speaks Spanish and English so that the Latino community can also benefit from their services without problems. Very satisfied with this purchase.

Came quickly and was easy to put together! Quick to charge and has a great run time! Kick stand is a great feature to avoid having to lay it down every time you get off of it. Simple to use for first time scooter users! Very fun and easy, happy with this scooter would recommend if looking for a fun scooter for your kids!

Very simple yet great scooters for young kids. I bought this for nephew and the blue color was a great choice. It's very light, so he can easily carry it around with him. I do suggest wearing a helmet as always for protection, but the speed isn't too fast and the scooter is safe.

This thing zips! Great scooter, it looks cool, ruins well, gets a great amount of run time on a charge and set up was super simple. Highly recommend!

It’s awful. It’s so loud it sounds like the jetsons flying around. It’s quite bulky on the bottom which may help balance young kids. The wheels are thin and every crack is intensified. The speed is great for my 8yo though but doesn’t last long and doesn’t travel very far.

I recently purchased this Hyper Ripper Kids Electric Scooter for my daughter. After a couple days of vigorous testing, I’m very pleased!! It’s not tooo fast, but also not tooo slow. She gets close to 40 minutes of runtime and it takes a little over 5 hours to charge. I like that the base is a little wider than some we looked at. The tires are a little fat and I feel that has helped her to learn how to ride. She loves it!!!

Store pickup, received item broken. The package appear to be previously opened and likely returned. The entire switch on/off button missing. Very disappointed.

Was delivered on Christmas Eve. They opened it on Christmas Day charged it soon as they opened it and the Scooter started smoking. Unfortunately, it won’t let me post a video, but this is a picture where it was smoking at.

Purchased the scooter mid December. The scooter looks cool! Assembled (easy) and charged (easy) per instructions (simple and easy!) We were very excited! However, the Scooter does not work, it doesn't turn on. There is also no light on the scooter (by design) to indicate if power is flowing or not, making it difficult to troubleshoot. I called support for a week with no answer. I finally emailed and received a response requesting more information. I provided the information the same day but did not receive a response. After a few days I sent a follow up email. After sending two follow up emails, I received a shipping notification that a battery has been shipped. No one has spoken to me in detail about the issue. It's now late Jan and I'm waiting for the battery, which may or may not resolve the issue. This has been a frustrating experience that has consumed my time and simply removed the excitement of the new scooter. My child is no longer interested in this scooter.

Decent scooter for kiddos. Battery time is around 25-30 minutes, which is why I’m giving it 4 out of 5 stars. For kids, 45-60 minutes of battery life would be ideal. But it’s sturdy & easy to use

Item arrived in good shape and well packaged. My daughter ai around 60lbs and it is able to reach just under the 10mph advertised. Battery life so far has been good. Very solid deck. On the cons side it is very loud. She also feels the kickstand is a little hard for her to bring up and down so she leans it against the walls. It also lacks a convenient locking loop or mechanism if out and about.

Love how easy it is to fold, the speed for a small kid, The battery runs out kind of fast. But it is not heavy to carry.

Great scooter, dies rather fast but great beginner

My kid loves it and so do I! However, it runs out of battery so fast. I purchased and adult bike so we can enjoy riding it in trails. But after 1.5 miles his scooter died. I wish it lasted longer and we love going on long trail rides

My son got it for his 8th birthday and it works great, but it is kind of loud, and to be honest its for kids under 9 because he is already out growing it.
