My trainer really felt it was stemming from knots in my back so I started using a lacrosse ball to help break up the knots. After a few weeks it only made a slight difference so I decided to try this. After a few days of using this on my knots for just 1 minute sessions twice a day I noticed a significant improvement. After about 2 weeks of consistent use the pain and weakness in my arm is virtually gone. I couldn't be more satisfied!

Works great... but broke within 6 months

However, like other reviews have mentioned, the device failed to turn on at all after about 6 months of use. I contacted HyperIce, and by showing them proof of purchase, they sent me a return label to get it repaired/replaced, but I hope I don't find myself here again, and out of warranty, in another 6 months.
