Good but spend the money on a massage gun instead.

Kinda cool but a little weird. We have it away after buying one of those massaging guns. This is a nice tool to use while chilling on the couch. The vibration is pretty good but I would spend a little more money and buy a massage gun instead since we ended up getting one after purchasing this.

This hypersphere gets me warmed up before I start running and lifting and it just loosens up the tension. After the workouts, I use it just to recover and it does the job.

Small but deceiving. It is powerful. The only issue is that you hand gets massaged also and maybe absorbing some of the vibrations. Overall, great.

Yes, massage action is not "gentle". If you appreciate a firm to hard massage, you'll live this. Control functions are easy to use if you have average intellect.

It doesn't even use the technology of Hyperice's other products. It's a ball that vibrates at three different speeds. The only real redeeming quality is that it looks like a ball you use in Rocket League and therefore looks decent next to my PC. It also seems to be made with love and quality. But is it worth a hundred bucks? Nah.

    • Brand response from Hyperice
      Posted .

Hey there! Vibration therapy consists of repeated rapid oscillations of localized pressure into the body’s muscle and connective tissues. Lower speeds are useful for muscle relaxation and recovery while high speed is more ideal for muscle activation and performance. Muscles involuntarily relax and contract, promoting the body’s recovery from aches and pains, and helping enhance range of motion, pain tolerance, and muscle performance.

Surprising strong for how small it is. Between this and the HYPERVOLT made by the same company. You have no need for a $80 massage therapist.
