    It has ok pressure, but find that most people struggle to turn it on. The on button needs to be pressed it seems longer than 5 seconds. For the cost- the hypervolt therapy gun has more versatile use. This ball, has a very cool look and feel and does a good job of massaging feet and calves post running.
