The Hypervolt Bluetooth Percussion Massage Device is very effective for me in releasing tension and knots. But let me start by confessing it's been a long time since I was last training for a marathon or anything like it, so my major source of tension these days is work related stress. I would imagine for athletes this would be even more necessary. And this thing works well. I should also say the last time I used a mechanical massage device it was a light weight calm pulsing buzz that I could scratch my back with (but it wasn't good for much else.) This thing is a jackhammer and I have no doubt if I wasn't careful it could break bones. It is that solid and heavy. Which means for my back I can't got it alone, but need help. Consider it a trust building exercise with your partner. Now before the Hypervolt Percussion Device I would sometimes go to my local masseuse and ask for a deep tissue massage and she would always try to steer me to something easier like a Swedish massage. Now, that I have this, I can bang out the knots at home (a plus during covid). The instructions that come with it are minimal (like most things these days) but there are instruction videos and even an App for your phone (with bluetooth connectivity) to guide you through using it. Who would have thought I needed an App for my massager, but it works well. Like a lot of things, you get out of it what you put into it. Learn what the different attachments are good for, and put in the time in using it, and you will be rewarded. Pros: - When they say percussion they mean it. Jackhammer. - But a quiet Jackhammer. Can use it watching TV with the spouse without causing a fight. - Quality build. Solid. Easy to grip. They say designed by rocket engineers and I believe them. - Built in lithium battery, cord free operation for 3 hours. - 5 head attachments, for that customized pounding. None of them are a feather tickler. - App for your phone actually guides you through using it. - Instructional Videos on their web site. - Quality packaging. Really fancy, elegant, and stylish to suggest that this is indeed a premium product. Cons: - Not a fan of separate power bricks, and this one seems to be a build quality lower than the rest of the device. - Lots of add on parts (5 head attachments), easy to misplace. - Heavyish. 2.5 lbs, about the same as my laptop computer. Almost get a work out just using it and definitely need help for hard to reach spots on the back. - Quality costs. Is that a con or a warning? Now the not too surprising thing about a lot of the cons, is that they can be overcome by buying (separately) add ons, a charging stand to simplify charging, and a case to hold everything together.

Always look forward to using my hyoervolt after a long day at work or after a workout. Easy to use. Very helpful in relieving tight muscles.

Love this thing. It's not as powerful as the Theragun, but not far behind either. It's much quieter than the Theragun.

This has been a game changer for after workouts and end of the day stress! The different heads the device comes with work in a variety of ways to loosen up tight muscles. My only complaint about the device is that it only has three speeds, whereas most competitors have 5 speeds, and a lower end speed would be nice. The sound of this device doesn’t bother me, but is definitely noticeable - comparable to the low speed setting on a kitchen beater.

This massage gun is phenomenal love the power it has and how it relaxes the muscle this is a must buy if you have any pain

This machine is fantastic! My chiropractor used it on me a few times and highly recommended that I get one for myself and I am so glad that I did. I’ve been suffering from chronic stress and muscular tension and this is the only thing that helps. I’ve tried massage, physical therapy, chiropractic care, and this tool is just unbelievably superior. I highly recommend it

Works as advertised. Powerful, with the multiple settings. Long battery life. A handy little device.

I use this device everyday to work on tired muscles, or aches, stiffness. I recommend a case for it to keep it safe. Its battery lasts for days before I need to charge it, and it charges fast. If you are athletic or have muscle issues, this is a no brainer must have. The bluetooth connection is nice as it syncs a routine to the gun and controls the power levels while walking you through how to use it.

I bought this model and others to do a YouTube review of these percussion massagers. This was the best value of all the units I tried. It is very well constructed vs the cheaper models I tried from other brands. Bellow professional grade this unit will get the job done. It has all the attachments a person would need.

If your active, in your 30’s (old) and have a hard time warming up before working out. It takes longer to recover, and you feel sore for longer periods. Then this is perfect for you. I use it 2-3 times a day. It’s not loud like other models and it has adapters for certain areas. It doesn’t come with a case to carry everything, but you don’t need one of you have a gym bag or a decent size computer bag. I use both.

I can’t imagine life without it. I do workout but not insanely frequently, if the only thing that is holding you back is that you’re not the type of person they market using it then you’re the same person as me. I absolutely love this thing. 100% happy with my choice of getting this one instead of the Go.
