Works great. I play golf so my hips will get tight. Fantastic for keeping me loose and injury free. I use them along with the boots for your legs and im always fresh even after hitting hundreds of balls. ZERO back pain after having pain my entire life.

This is my favorite part of my Normatec kit. Would purchase the item just for this one, without legs or arms. I do Jiu Jitsu so my lower back and hip flexors get really beat up, so that's perfect for me.
