    This says FSA eligible. I bought and submitted to FSA. Wah, wah, you need a doctors note for this to be FSA eligible. Normatec customer service suggested I return this to Best Buy and buy from Sitka instead so it can be FSA eligible. Really, they did.

      Sorry for the trouble! Our products are FSA and HSA eligible, but each account is different and might have additional stipulations when seeking reimbursement. If going with the reimbursement option, it is always best to contact your plan administrator to see if other documentation or a prescription is needed first.

      Another option would be to purchase our products on our direct website using our Sika Health checkout portal. Sika is a one-stop, fully-integrated HSA, FSA, and HRA payment solution that would allow you to complete the purchase using your FSA or HSA debit card. With Sika, there is no need for reimbursement.     It works great especially for glutes and hip. It works better than the leg work for your quads and hamstrings. Unfortunately it stopped working all of a sudden after about a year.
