    I bought and returned the product. They should not continue to sell the x2 knee until the app can connect to the device. It can still be used, but not to its full capacity

Please note, we made a few last minute upgrade to the user experience the week of launch so all your device would need is a quick "cache clear" to activate the latest update. Signing out and signing back in on the app will push the latest cache update. If you have any questions or need further troubleshooting, please reach out to our team at [email protected], and one of our agents would be happy to help!

      Also, while would love to highlight one of the biggest updates to the HX 2 is the overall upgraded user experience and control panel located directly on the device. With these updates you will see the same benefits from the device, even without connecting to the app!
