Worked great for about 4 months. One side quit working, but my son continued to use for the other side then it quit working. The whole thing lasted about 5 months and then went to the trash. My faith in Best Buy over the last year has went down. Seems the only products from here that have been great quality are the apple products.

I love this thing, I can charge my phone and my wireless Corsair mouse with it. Sometimes it takes some fidgeting to get things to charge with it but it's great beyond that.

Nice product, however is Unable to Charge if your Phone Case is even slightly 'thick.' Forced to Remove Case, Charge, place back in Case. No 'Rapid Charge' Feature Phone Stays 'Warm to Hot' as it Charges.

Should have returned it immediately. One side never worked and the other got so hot while charging slowly that I threw it out.
