Souns quality is great, comfort level is high, but it gets a little warm. Battery lasts all day so far. Overall very happy with it. I had the same one wired previously and it was also great, but wantes wireless.

I am an avid gamer who logs 4-8 hours of gaming per day. During those long gaming sessions, I used the Cloud II Wireless Gaming Headset for just over 2 years. I have to say, it wasn't until about the 2 year mark where I noticed the cushion exteriors were starting to fail. As far as the audio goes... Never had an issue in 2 years. Just bought another!

It's a great headset, but not for me. I still use the very first model they came out with in 2014 to this day! This model however has its cons and it's just a matter of opinion. Earpads hug my ears tightly causing them to sweat. Since they hug my ear tightly, I can hear myself speak making it a little distracting. The mic is very sensitive, when I'm in a call my friends they can hear me touch the side of the headset as I try to reach for the buttons. I love that it uses USB-C and how lightweight they are. The audio is excellent, just wishing there was a way to know if you are on 7.1 because you press the power button in once to switch between sound.

This is one of the more comfortable headsets that one could have, has great audio, can’t say too much about the mic because I don’t need it but otherwise this is the only one I want to have from now on because how comfortable and light it is.

Light, comfortable on my ears, doesnt get caught in my hair. Sounds great. Not totally soundproof so I can still hear the dog if she gets into something but loud and clear.

Upgraded to these from the Razer Nari Ultimate Wireless. These are light, comfortable and sound is impeccible. If these broke today, I would order this same pair. Charge lasts forever too.

Other headphones that i have owned in the past were uncomfortable and made my ears sweaty. This headset is both comfortable and breathes well. The sound quality is unmatched for the price.

The sound quality is pretty good and I haven’t had many connectivity issues. For the price, I’d say it is worth it. Is there better out there for more (or the same) price range? Yes. The microphone quality is subpar, the fitment gets uncomfortable after an hour or so of playing, the Hyper X software for PC likes to freeze, and it bothers me that the headphones ear cup rotation is only halted by the actual wiring to the headphones. I’m a little disappointed as the headset id used before these were the Plantronics RIG 800 Wireless. They were a better headset.

after a month of use, the comfort is unmatched. the audio quality and noise canceling are solid, battery life is good. Visual indicator on Mic Boom of when you are muted (via the headset, big deal for work from home scenario). connects via USB receiver, can use the HyperX app for more granular controls and firmware updates, but not required. overall very pleased with this after having the wired version for a few years.

Sounds great. Very comfy. Could be a little louder, but really not necessary. Sometimes gets a little sweaty because of the earcup material.
