The sound is great, the mic is great... but the sidetone/mic monitor is basically non-existent. It's not talked about enough. I wish I had known before I bought it. If you like being able to hear yourself while on vc or gaming with friends, you just basically won't be able to hear yourself at all with these. I've tried everything to make it easier to hear myself, but there's no options. You can't modify any settings to make it louder. So disappointed. I used to have the HyperX Cloud Alpha S headset. It had great sidetone. Since the sound and mic are better on the Cloud III, I'm surprised the sidetone is garbage. What a let down.

The best headset I’ve ever got and I’ve used some good ones, great quality and amazing sound. AWSOME for gaming and the mic is perfect everyone says it sounds amazing

It is a good headset the audio has good quality it can get really loud if you want it to, it is also very comfy to wear

What a great headset. I love how flat it makes game sounds so I can ignore the noise like ability sounds to hear footsteps in any direction. Its so helpful in games like Marvel Rivals with loud and crashing abilities. I feel like i unlocked a cheat code with how clearly footsteps come through.

I bought this headset a few weeks ago and it’s working great. I haven’t had any problems with it and the mic is good.

Just bought this headset and I am loving every minute of it. Sound clarity is great, just wish volume was a little louder. Other than that, they’re a great investment.

Bought this for a friend because she didn’t have a mic, and she sounds way better now. Pretty good quality and a pretty budget friendly headset for gaming.

My son loves these headphones as they are a greatly improved set from what he had been using. Fantastic clarity.

Excellent quality budget headset. Lightweight, not a ton of clamping force with decent audio and excellent microphone.

Also having been through numerous pairs of phones over the years, when it came to Gaming I researched many brands before settling on the Hyper X line. With Aluminum frames the Cloud 3 suits me Best for Durability! The Sound is Very Good for the price; therefore giving these headphones Great Value!! I would Highly recommend these for young gamers who tend to toss things around. #GameOn

Great sounds quality, build quality, and are very comfortable. Got these to replace my cloud alphas and they are arguably better than my old ones.

The microphone is really nice, the material is strong and durable. The mute button is on the left ear which is nice, volume is on the right ear, which I love! Instead it being on the cord. My only gripe is the sound quality isn’t as good. It needs a little more treble sound and a little more bass, I understand it’s a gaming headset. But for a $100 I expect sound quality to be top notch.

This headset has great sound and very comfortable. Works perfect with ps5.
