Very good headset. Plug and play I had no trouble with the headset besides in my game settings but overall very good headset

Purchased on Black Friday for $99.99. So far this headset has been a good upgrade from my old Turtle Beaches.

I upgraded my hyperx cloud 2 whit this and I love it

When I bought this headset, I did not charge as often as I would with my previous Steel Series Arctis 9X headsets.

This HyperX Cloud 3 Wireless headset is a great choice if you spend time gaming or listening to videos or music. I was impressed with how comfortable they are. I will forget I even have them on when I leave my computer room. The battery life is exceptional. I can go days before charging them. While wearing them, you can press the power button quickly, and it will tell you the percentage of battery that is left. You also get several warnings about a low battery before it kicks off. As for the microphone, I am able to be heard clearly while on Discord chat or game chats. I would say the sound isn't the best with the limited graphic EQ presets in the HyperX NGENUITY app. You can adjust them on a PC and it sounds great. For console use, it doesn't feel as immersive. I have not been able to bring the settings from my computer, over to my console. Most games that I play are on PC, and the console games I play isn't a make or break thing with the sound. Overall, I am pleased with this brand and purchase. I normally purchase Razer products but with the latest headset from Razer, customer support wasn't helpful. I have found support with HyperX to be phenomenal.

Always been a HyperX fan, I’ve tried many headsets and they’ve always stood out on top, comfortable, sound great and I don’t need to download a bunch of drivers just to enjoy them. I was a bit hesitant getting wireless because I didn’t wanna deal with the hassle of charging it but I fully charged it once last week and it’s still on 60% despite daily use. I would 100% recommend

Very long battery life I’ve used them for around 3 weeks and haven’t found the need to charge them yet. The battery life only tells you in 10% increments. Very light and comfortable. However, I will likely switch out the ear pieces when they start to breakdown in the future. The bass is light, but sounds are very clear which is great for games that rely heavily on footsteps and sound cues.

I recently bought these headphones, the quality of sound and able to hear the footsteps, extra noises I wouldn’t be able to pick up before. It just evens the sound perfectly, I would say best as it fills the cup perfectly without it spilling out! where as other headsets sounding too bass heavy each gun shot sounds like a grenade or just too filling, or sounds too hollow where the game doesn’t immerse me as much. (I do play rainbow six siege where every sound counts) or it’s really something else. Crazy to say it’s wireless 2.4ghz with 120 hours! The mic quality sounds thick and not like a tin can will also be able to block off outside extra sounds. Only down side is there don’t have options to buy the replacement dongle usb-c yet (which I ended up losing totally my fault), but neither less the company replaced me a new headset as a courtesy!!, just had to show proof of purchase & other information. Never had a company that stands by there product and there our customers, I am rating 5 stars for immersive sound, comfortabilty (just slap it on your head and adjust) easy peasy , perfect sounding mic! Only a few drawbacks is just no 3.5mm, Bluetooth or no bells n whistles, But I would concur and say it’s its a minimalist design and does its job too good! Keeping it simple! If the cloud 4 wireless drops I would definitely buy and continue to support this company!

[Employee of bestbuy] I purchased this and the Alpha version as online reviews seemed mixed and I wanted to make sure I found the perfect headset. This hands down, beats the more expensive Alpha in comfort and microphone quality. There seems to be a microphone passthrough as well which the Alpha lacked which makes me feel more comfortable controlling my voice volume. The battery life might be lower at 120hrs but that is plenty of time to recharge the headset. There is thicker padding for the ears, making it more comfortable than it's more expensive sibling. Overall, I think it's a great headset and the factory 2yr warranty makes me feel more confident in this purchase.

These is a comfortable, capable and simple headset. Want to pair it with something? PUT IN THE DONGLE. Done. Of course, this requires that your device have a USB A port (you can use an adapter if you have a pesky newfangled device with USB C, etc.). I don't know that these are actually noise-canceling, as indicated in the specs, but since they are over-ear, it gets the job done. I LOVE that the microphone boom is adjustable/flexible. I don't want to be heavy breathing into my mic, and so many headsets these days have stiff or booms you can't adjust so this is fantastic for a mouth breathing troglodyte like me. The mic is also pretty good, definitely above average. Audio quality is fine - they could stand to be louder, but I'm probably also going deaf due to ear abuse and age. Maybe I could have avoided this by not always wanting things louder. In summary, I'd recommend this headset for its simplicity, quality and comfort.

I've had this headset for a year or two at this point and I can say confidently it's the best headset I have used period. Sounds wonderful, long battery life, super comfortable. I've never had an issue when it comes to using it. It also charges pretty fast, I don't have to wait long to use it when it dies which happens not that often. Definenty worth it.

I’ve owned a few $100+ gaming headsets, and this is by far the best. I’ve had mine for almost four years with zero issues. The sound quality is excellent, and the mic also performs very well. I will admit that its age is starting to show, but when the time comes, I’ll buy the same one again if it’s still available. The wireless range has been amazing for me. I would definitely recommend it.

This headset exceeds every expectation I had! cosmetically it is very sleek with high quality materials, Functionally it has very High quality sound and noise cancelling works great! The Bluetooth Functionality is perfect as well you can go very far away from the connected device and not lose any connection. The battery life lasts forever too and doesn’t take long to charge! Highly recommend

Amazing headset. Insane audio quality, honestly feels like an unfair advantage in FPS games. You can hear footsteps that my old headset never picked up. Great range, able to walk two rooms over and still have connection. Good mic quality as well, use it to take phone calls all day. Only gripe is it slides forward on my head after awhile.

Honestly this is the best headset I’ve ever used it’s comfortable the battery life on it is so good the range is good the microphone is too tier for a headset mic you’re really getting a good deal for this type of head set

Definitely better than HyperX cloud II wireless. First thing I noticed, the wirless range is extended and I can still hear it further than before. The microphone is decent, just like other hyperx headsets. It has a longer lasting battery. Its just as comfortable as other HyperX headsets, and the fact that it has a USB C connection option is awesome, so I can connect it to a switch. The only thing HyperX can do to make it better, is add Bluetooth conectivity, so I can wirelessly connect to something like a phone. But its pretty easy setup, just plug and play or listen to music and videos.

I have been a hyper x user for years, however when my gf needed a new headset we were split between several pairs. We opted to try a fancy new headset with lots of bells, whistles, and lights, however while driving home she tried it on and it wouldn't fit her head (mine either and I have a decently big head). So we turned around and she traded it in for this one (TY Best Buy for making the process so easy!). She has not had one complaint. It's so light and the sound is just amazing. I should have known to go with my gut and recommend such a reliable product from the start but what can you do when it's her choice?
