Wasn’t happy with these as anytime I’m watching YouTube or something sitting right by my pc where it’s connected an still cuts in an out An is choppy with any music or background sound.

Love the idea of a headset you can use on and off the computer, but quality really lacked for gaming. I ended up returning it for a wired headset.

It s fine if u want to use just corded or voa bluetooh otherwise it gets confused to manage

These hyperx cloud mix are fantastic.Clear audio with deep punchy bass. Works great with Bluetooth and in wired mode. I tried with PS4 Nintendo switch and also my cellphone with music and it sounds excellent. If you're a hyper X fan and your looking for a very good upgraded headset with Bluetooth I highly recommend these. There also very comfortable

I use this headset still, 4 years later, works just fine. It is extremely well built and durable. Use it for gaming and bluetoothing to my phone for music while at work. Overall this headset is one of the best Ive used

On Jan. 3, I went into my local Best Buy to buy this headset. I didn't really have any expectations for it, but I did see some reviews saying that it was overpriced and whatnot. However, I ignored the pricing issue, and I kept on going to buy it. Upon opening the box, I was surprised to see that it was all packaged into one little package. If you are reading this, I don't recommend getting Best Buy's protection plan/insurance with this, or any HyperX product, because it's already covered under a 2 year warranty from Kingston (parent company of HyperX). As my title said, this is a review that I'm making on day 2 of owning this headset. I mainly use this to play Counter-Strike, and the sole problem that I have with it is the fact that you'll have to change your sound settings from "Stereo" to "5.1 Surround Sound", as that is one of the settings that the headset comes with. On the headset's wired mode, the microphone holds true to other HyperX's mic qualities. However, when I had it connected to Bluetooth, I was told that I didn't sound as clear as if it was connected into my computer. However, that was not a problem, as people could still make out what I was saying. Upon first usage, I was surprised to find that the Cloud MIX was very light, unlike the AmazonBasics one that I had used for the past two years prior to this purchase. Overall, I would definitely recommend this headset to people who are looking for a hybrid. This headset is great for the outdoors, albeit you may look a little bit out of place wearing a gaming headset around.

The sound quality is so good, i would say it sounds as good as the Alpha's! I use it on PC, Xbox One, and PS4, it sounds great on all of them. I highly recommend it. Oh and also sounds great via bluetooth with my phone. If you are unsure, just get it, you will love it! :)

I have tried many headphones from Astro a40 to turtle. Each elite pro and these are the Best headphones i have ever owned in my life. Thank me later.

Try this headset on if possible before you purchase. The sound quality is good, but it gives me actual headache after only 20 mins of wearing.

My son purchased this gaming headset based upon its bluetooth capabilities. It works fine for an iPhone and is comfortable to wear. It pairs with a PC but his friends say the mic sounds muffled. Also, he could not hear everything during a Fortnight game. Lastly, it will not pair with a PS4 Pro. All in all, this is a wired gaming headset that can be used with your phone when you are out and about using bluetooth.

I purchased this Headset with the expectation that it would be pretty good. But it was probably the worst headset i have EVER. From the day i bought it i was having issues with it where everyone could hear the feedback of my games/music or anything i was doing on my computer, i had to turn the sensitivity so high that it didnt pick up anything without boosting your own microphone which always makes the quality fuzzier. Not only this it consistently had problems with making a loud crackling noise over the mic on its own that my friends could hear. This was NOT only this headset, i got a different one of the same brand and it had the exact same issues. This company makes headsets that are a couple hundred dollars of garbage. I do not recommend this headset to anyone.

Not worth $200 they died will not turn on will not charge after a couple uses. Adult owned maybe and I mean maybe 20 hours of use before they died . Tried factory reset nothing tried their Tech Support that guy knew less than me useless do not purchase unless you get extended warranty.
