Good but the design change wasn't thought out.

The only complaint that I have for this new model vs. the last is that instead of having a scroll wheel, you have buttons, so there is no way to know for sure how loud your mic or volume is until testing it out. And maybe it is just me, but my settings seem to reset to default (or lowest?) each time I turn my Playstation on, thus having me press the buttons again in an attempt to guess at how loud the volume is or how loud my mic input will be. Very frustrating and honestly I wish I could have the wheel back.

Great headset with some minor flaws

The only downsides are no good software and the microphone could be better. Recommend overall if you catch it on sale but it is still expensive otherwise.

Audio quality is 9/10 comfortability is 10/10 Mic quality 9/10 I had a pair I used for hours daily, they lasted for about 4 years!
