My 12 years old has been using the HyperX Cloud Stinger 2 Wired Gaming Headset for a few weeks now. He wanted something comfortable for long gaming sessions, and this headset has been really good for what he need. The first thing I noticed is how comfortable it is. The ear cushions are soft and the headset is really lightweight, so he can wear it for hours without the ears hurting. It doesn’t squeeze the head like some other headsets he’s tried. The sound quality is good for gaming. He can hear footsteps, effects, and teammates clearly when I play Fortnite, Roblox, or Minecraft. It makes the games feel more exciting and helps me focus better. The microphone is easy to use. I like how I can flip it up to mute it quickly. He says his friends say they can hear me clearly most of the time, and it’s great for talking during team games. There are a few things I didn’t like as much. The build feels a little cheap, like if I drop it the wrong way it might break. Also, the sound isn’t as great for music—it’s more for gaming, not listening to songs. And since it’s wired, the cable sometimes gets in the way. But overall, I think the Cloud Stinger 2 is a really good headset for kids his age who want something comfortable and easy to use for gaming. It does everything I need it to do, and for the price, it’s definitely worth it.

Comfortable headset. Large yes, but does not feel heavy. Microphone is great with easy flip up to stop transmitting. Is really good for the reasonable price.

The reason I gave this headshot a five star is because it is excellent. The price to product quality is amazing. The headset feels comfortable, not the best though. I believe Astros are a lot more comfortable. But it is good. And it’s wired for a lot more different uses. The audio is AMAZING. Some of the best audio feed I get, feel like I can hear the lightest things.

HyperX is a solid performer in the gaming headset arena. It is by far the most comfortable and lightweight headset brand I've ever used, and will continue to use for years to come. Durable, great sound, and at an affordable price point, what more could you want?

I was a little skeptical when I first purchased this headset, but once I got it delivered and tried them out I was so wrong. They honestly are comftorable and the audio coming from them is also really good. Honestly 10/10 headset. Also was worth the price.

I love this headset! Pros- The sound quality is great! Noise cancelation is definitely apparent. Mic quality can get LOUD The cord is long enough to not feel tied down to your desk. The headset is light enough to be able to wear it for hours and not worry about it hurting your head. Cons- At certain points, your mic may make a hissing noise that seems to be in the background. Cord is easily chewable by pets because it is so long. Other than that, I can't find any other major cons. I love this headset and I've had this headset since January, I just bought my second one, because my dog chewed through the cord I bought another headset that was $40 more, and it was SO much worse.

Fantastic headset for the price point. Great sound volume and quality; very immersive. It's also really comfortable, the ear pads and head foam feel great after hours of play.

    Good for $35 on sale

The headset is good for $35 when on sale, I returned it because I tried other brands like Steelseries and Razer and the Razer Blackshark V2 sounds better for me at $40 on sale. For the HyperX I tested it on 2 laptops, my desktop and phone and tablet, I didn't test on Xbox and PlayStation, so they have the best sound on my desktop with Sound BlasterX AE-5 audio card, then on Dell G15 also good, on Lenovo LOQ not so well, on the phone and tablet not very good sound. So they will sound differently on different devices, you will need to test it for yourself and your usage scenario to decide if they are right for you. Also a note is that despite of having 50mm drivers they don't push loud bass like the Razer Blackshark, and I tested the Steelseries Arctis Nova 3 which also have better sound but are $60 when on sale. At $35 they're worth the money if that's your maximum budget.

This is my favorite headset I've ever owned. I work remotely and wear them a lot. I wear glasses and other headphones I've owned were not comfortable with glasses, but these are. I've had them for a year now, and they don't show any wear. The sound is clear and the ability to push the mic up to mute is a real winner for me. The only thing I would do differently is put the volume control on the left ear.

Solid headset for what I paid. It sounds good until about 75% volume and then things start to become distorted. It has also developed a small static noise when using the built in volume wheel. But overall it works, its cheap, and is far better than some of its competitors. 4/5 Stars

Very good surround sound for the price. I play valorant and csgo, which both require fairly accurate surround sound to play effectively. This well exceeded my expectations for the price tag. The headset is comfortable and the microphone quality is great, too. All in all, I thoroughly am glad I bought this.

For my purposes- perfect. Recently got a new laptop to play red dead redemption 2 again on ultra graphics. Among other games of course yet rdr2 is the only one I’ve played so far. I gotta say, these head phones do the trick. Phenomenal. The beating of the hooves of my horse on the ground sounds so real. The sound is fantastic. It has high maximum volume, sits comfortably or morderately comfortably on your ears and head. Easy to use. I got this on sale as well so the value is insane. My last pair was solid but was really old and failing apart. 10/10 new product. Would recommend for reasonable price which I acquired it at.

Good, solid headset for the price. Got a pretty good deal on these for my son, and they're a nice set, especially for the price! I'd definitely recommend these to anyone not trying to break the bank for a decent set of phones with a decent mic. I play online with him thru my Steam Deck, and his mic sounds clear and he seems to be able to hear everything clearly. I don't have anything to compare it to, but I don't have anything bad to say. Seems to be a solid buy for what you get for the price!

Good sound, reasonably comfortable. Comparable to other similarly priced models, though personally I slightly preferred the sound and fit of the Corsair HS65 Surround. Try out a few models and see which you prefer.
