Beautiful colors with the HyperX app and a high quality mouse. Works great with my setup and worth the money. Highly recommend this mouse if you're looking for a high quality wired mouse for office or work.

The Hyper-X Pulsefire Core gaming mouse is a surprisingly decent mouse for it's low price point. Pros- Easy to plug and play. Use it straight out of the box. My kids get a kick out of the cycling rbg emblem on the mouse, so I guess I'll call that a pro. Can be customized via downloading the software, but I've not bothered. On the fly dpi adjustment. Very responsive. Easy to click, m4 and m5 buttons work great and don't dig into the thumb. The texturing under the side mouse buttons is surprisingly nice. It catches my thumb nicely. Cons- Super light. Some may see this as a pro but I prefer my mouse to have a bit of heft. Feels cheap. It's got a hollow feeling to it. It's 15 bucks though, so it kinda is what it is. The scroll wheel isn't good. It's not well built, and I'm absolutely sure that it'll be one of the first things that fails on the mouse. Overall, it's not bad. I won't vouch for it's long term viability due to it's cheap feeling construction, but as far as a super budget gaming mouse or a spare it does the job well. I've spent 15 bucks on worse.

If you're looking for a budget-friendly gaming mouse that punches above its weight, the HyperX Pulsefire Core is a compelling pick. Excellent tracking, sturdy build quality, customizable RGB, and solid performance make it a standout in the sub-$30 mouse category. Just be mindful of the slightly cumbersome software and potential long-term wear on the scroll wheel

Works well. Software is a little finicky, but it isn't required unless you want to play with the colors. Was tired of replacing batteries and occasional wireless "flakiness". Wired works best for me and this is mouse has a good feel. I don't use for gaming, so can't comment on that, but works great for everyday use.

very nice the mouse has a line curved up so it doesn't rub on a mouse pad. the rgb lighting is very subtle and unique makes it look high quality. the mouse is light but evenly weighted. the buttons are amazing side buttons are easy to press but not so easy that u accidently press them.

[Employee of bestbuy] The mouse worked great and felt great for $30. It had a nice small touch of RGB, is fairly well built, and is easy to throw in a bag and take around as a nice wireless mouse for your laptop.

The build quality is good and tracking is great. There are multiple dpi options and lighting can be changed by hyperx software. A great option for entry level gaming gear.

I bought this with a HyperX keyboard, and the synergy works really well when it comes to feel and function. AS an individual starting to play more mnk games, it was a great investment in something that will last a very long time.

This mouse is comfortable and smooth. I like the the simplicity of it. The RGB light is a nice touch! Also, the price was affordable if you're not looking to spend a lot.

An absolute delight! I needed something to replace my old Logitech G400 and wanted something with DPI switches. This fit the bill and I've been so happy with this one I bought a second for my computer at work. It's a bit lighter in the hand than my logitech (which has caused me a few mouseslips in online chess), but it feels and works great.

I bought this mouse as an extra gaming mouse when family visits, and it turned out to be a really solid option. It’s simple, comfortable to hold, and the sensor feels accurate for everyday gaming. The buttons are responsive, and the RGB lighting looks nice without being over the top. It’s also lightweight and easy to control in fast movements. Overall, it’s a good budget gaming mouse that does exactly what it’s supposed to do. Great option if you need a reliable mouse without spending too much.

With an ambidextrous shape and light weight, this mouse is a great intro to the world of gaming mice. I have nearly 20 different high quality mice and I find myself coming back to this one time and again. I was lucky enough to pick one up for $20 during Christmas time, and that's honestly a STEAL for this mouse. IMO it's HyperX's best mouse out so far. Great sensor, no spinouts, good feel on the buttons, software is great for what is needed, flexible cable. Only downside would be the overall size if you have bigger hands.

It's a good mouse but the fact that you need another piece of software running at startup and in the background is ridiculous. Good build quality of the mouse, DPI adjustment on the fly, seven button is plenty for anyone and not too heavy. The main reason for my 3 star review is HyperX Ngenuity software. It's decent software but the fact that the mouse will not work without the software is stupid. Especially when it says compatible with Windows 10. But another minimum requirement is a internet connection and HyperX Ngenuity software must be installed to even use the mouse. Should be plug-n-play like almost all gaming mice. If I Disable HyperX Ngenuity at Windows startup the HyperX Pulsefire Core does not work if I restart my system. My current Corsair mouse does not need Corsair iCue to be used. Windows recognizes immediately.

I built up a gaming pc and needed an RGB keyboard and mouse to complete it. This HyperX mouse is the perfect match to the HyperX keyboard that I also bought. The mouse feels solid and smooth when using. The buttons are in the right position and curve of the mouse is great for gaming.
