I have had this mouse for the better part of 2 years now, and I still use it every day. It's lightweight and very reliable. I haven't had a single problem with it. I would highly recommend it.

Good performing mouse but not the best software

This is great feeling mouse. The braided cable is sturdy but still supple enough to not inhibit movement. The finger grooves are adequate but not so deep as to limit potential users fro, comfortably enjoying the mouse. The design is all around safe meaning it will fit many hands. The only real negative is the software which is not user friendly. Also, the lighting effects appear to have no onboard memory so the software has to be running in the background for your lighting preferences to work. However, the default effect (rainbow) is not offensive and the rgb is so minimal that I shouldn’t be a big problem for most. This is great budget mouse that should hold up.

I have small hands. This mouse fits perfectly and cause my hand to feel stiff after extended use. I'm very pleased with it. Also, if you're someone who doesn't like the backlit logo, HyperX comes with a program to lower the opacity of the lighting. It's a little weird that it doesn't come with an official "OFF" switch, but that's fine.

I got this mouse along with a keyboard and a mouse pad for online gaming with my PlayStation. The mouse has a good grip and the side buttons are great. I also like how it lights up but I wish I could set the colors.

I had to gaming systems. I had a gaming system with the logitech 403 and this hyper X mouse on another system. To be honest, the hyper X mouse was more comfortable than the 403. I think that the 403 had on top of this was the weight. I enjoy heavier than normal mouse

I've had one of these for a little over a year, and decided to buy another as a backup when I saw it on sale. Both of my copies have great build quality and no quality control issues to speak of. The clicks are crisp and tactile and require an above average amount of force to actuate. Excellent scroll wheel and a comfortable shape for all grip styles. It uses a PixArt 3327 sensor which isn't exactly a top-of-the-line sensor by today's standards, but it's fine for casual gaming. The cable is a braided rubber cable and isn't quite as soft/flexible as other offerings such as those found on the HyperX Pulsefire Haste, Endgame Gear XM1r or the Roccat Burst Pro. It's not the worst I've used, but definitely not the best. While I prefer the Roccat Burst Core and Logitech G203 in this price range, if you find this on sale it's a great option. If you're interested in an inexpensive, basic, no-frills gaming mouse, give the Pulsefire Core a try, I don't think you'll be disappointed.

This is a solid budget gaming mouse. Doesn’t have any programmable buttons, but I don’t really have a need for those. It does have a forward and back button which is quite nice. Cord is braided and the RGB logo is nice. Overall, this is a good buy if you’re looking for a budget gaming mouse.

Nice wired mouse for the price. Works well, rolls smoothly, can change the color pattern/speed. Plenty sensitive for me, but I’m not using it for gaming so I can’t attest to the product from a gaming perspective. I would buy again.

At the end of the day, you get what you pay for. I will say i just got into gaming and didnt orginally want to spend a lot on a mouse. After about 3 months when i turned my computer on the mouse wouldnt have power. I would unplug and plug back in to get power.

Replaced my corsair with this. This just feels better in my hand. The RGD is not as bright as the corsair but to me that brightness is a is sore. Just my opinion. Its is heavier but I like the way it feels.

The scroll wheel busted on the mouse that came with my computer, and I bought this one to replace it. It is a definite upgrade. Much more responsive, and the extra buttons come in handy on games like Oblivion. And you can customize or turn off the RGB lights.
