Excellent value, everything I need from a mouse

I kept messing around with more expensive gaming mice as well as wireless options, but I got tired with it since they either didn't hold a charge for as long as I wanted or the software was trash. I decided to drop a lot of my wants, and just go after a clearance mouse that had everything I needed + just worked. The HyperX Pulsefire FPS gaming mouse has 2 side buttons, which is all I need since I mainly play MOBAs and FPS games and have no need for a ton of extra buttons. The dpi button and settings are as average as they come, but this is a real "plug and play" mouse since I didn't have to do any extra updates or setting changes through software. If you do want to change the color, the HyperX software is really straight forward, and you can set-and-forget it right after you configure it the first time. I have larger hands and this mouse also works well for my finger-tip grip, but I could see this being fine for those with medium-small hands. So far the side grip texture has felt very nice and unlike other mice I've tried it doesn't seem like it'll easily peel. The clicks are a bit less loud than average, which is good for those looking for that ease of use in a shared room. The scroll wheel doesn't spin endlessly, and has a satisfying enough roll to it, though the sound is also average compared to most mice. If you can purchase this for $35 like I did, it'd be a great buy, but even at the regular $45 I'd highly recommend this for a solid and straight-forward gaming mouse.

If your a heavy computer user but casual gamer you might still want a nice mouse. This mouse has a quality build and fits good in my hand. It is a little larger then standard size but not oversized. It has quality components within that should last. I liked the feel of my Abyssus v2 and although this is larger it has the same nice rubber sides. Gives it a premium feel. Don't use some everyday mouse. If you can get this for 29.99 like I did its a great deal for any computer user. Try it out .

I have used this mouse for a few months now. It has performed exactly how I wanted it to. Its great for people with large hands like me because it is a bigger mouse. I would not recommend this to anyone who likes small mice or has small hands. Outside of that, it has the perfect amount of buttons and a completely customization dpi on the HyperX NGenuity app. You can also customize the color on the app as well. Overall, I would definitely recommend this to anyone who wants a quality mouse made for bigger hands.

I love this mouse! I have been looking for a gaming mouse that is not too small and does not have so many buttons it is overwhelming. This one has two buttons on the left side, and fits great in my hand. The RGB settings are a nice bonus! I also like that the DPI can be adjusted with the middle button. I've had zero issues so far.

Has held me over throughout this high quality gaming mouse shortage. And can take a beating from small gamer rage. Tasteful rgb and nice dpi modes. Crisp left and right clicks and nice side buttons with very little travel. Only complaint slightly heavy but still gets the job done very well.

This mouse is everything I wish I'd had with the Razer Blackadder and the Zowie FK1+. Those are great mice, but this mouse just has that little bit extra in all the right places. The textured grips on the sides are amazing for a claw grip, and unobtrusive for a palm grip. The software is not as obnoxious as synapse. The thumb buttons are placed just right, and the DPI switch is on the top in the place where logitech MX mice of the wheel switch that makes it spin free. It works like a dream out of the box, so the software is purely optional, but the software does unlock additional customizations such as full rgb control and the ability to enable at least two more DPI breakpoints (as well as the ability to set what they are)

Overall this mouse performs pretty well. It's a bit larger than I prefer, so it didn't end up being my daily driver for gaming, but it's I don't care a whole lot for the HyperX software, but isn't the worst I've used. I mostly only used it to just do some initial setup and set the RGB, but other than setting RGB you don't really even need the software if you don't want to use it. It's a pretty good mouse that is a good mix of performance and value, especially if you can find it on sale. If you like the size and shape I think it's worth a try.

Was a quality mouse but returned because the pads were peeling themselves off from the moment I opened the mouse. Other than that it was high quality gaming and mousing with it.

This mouse is palm grip heaven. Nice textured grips on the side, pans out to be wider on the bottom (like a thumb rest but not quite) and the button placement is nice -- I'm a lefty, I came from a lefty mouse and even though the buttons are placed on the left, I can still reach them comfortably. I do wish there were more RGB elements like the Surge has, and would pay more if that were an option but some RGB is better than none and honestly I would've bought this mouse sans-RGB if I hadn't had the option.

Feels great and looks great. Lighter than my previous deathadder mouse, no double click issue, and a much better price for just as good quality. Have not been disappointed with any hyperx products so far, so I definitely recommend this mouse.

The mouse itself is fantastic but the software used with this is wonky. When adjusting speed in the settings with hyperx app it works then goes back to default on its own. Settings dont stay for some reason! Back to the mouse fantastic mouse and response is superb love it!
