Took what felt like an eternity to get this product. Received it on a Saturday but didn’t get to open it until Sunday. I have another keyboard from them that I really like, but I was looking for a combo so I purchased this one for the kid’s system. Took it out of the box, plugged it in, started gaming, and about 30 minutes later the rgb lights went out. Tried to troubleshoot it using shortcuts from iBuyPower’s website, but didn’t respond. Reason I’m giving it 4/5 stars is for the customer service. iBuyPower is working with me to get me a new keyboard. Asked them if the replacement is a repaired item and they informed me it would be new, so I’ll update it when I get a chance. Mouse works perfectly and is still working today.

It's OK. The keys are a bit clunky but I'm getting used to it. Mouse is a standard mouse with lights
