Really nice case with clear side panel. The 12 GB of RAM make this unit fast. 1 TB hard drive is more than enough for me. It also has a great graphics card which helps to play video games. Only downside is Windows 10, I personally don't like it,and I had no choice?

This IBuyPower gaming PC is super fast, with a great processor and tons of memory and storage space. You can really see a big difference from our older computers. A must have for any Gaming Guru! I purchased two of these systems for my sons. Very Happy!!!

Bought 2 of these computers for my boys as Christmas presents. One of them wouldn't show anything on the monitor and the other was stuck in a startup boot and would not get passed that point. Both boys were very disappointed that they were not able to use their computers during Christmas break. Took both computers into the geek squad on the 26th and they tried everything they could to get the computers to work but advised that we might want to do a return. This model was sold out on line and they don't carry them in the stores. We ordered another brand and was advised they should be delivered to the store for pickup 1-3-16. That's a Sunday but that was the target date to get the new computers. After several phone calls I was told they were finally shipped from the vendor and are now expected to arrive 1-7-16. I know bestbuy tried real hard and couldn't have known that both computers would not work when they arrived but it would have been nice if they had some type of options to offer in the stores to replace the broken units. In all of Oklahoma and their warehouse they had absolutely no similar computers to replace the broke computers. After 2 out of 2 of these computers that I bought were not operational I can only say I would never buy this product again.

Got this pc to start gaming again..I have always built my own in the past.It has played every game I have thrown at it so far..Had it for a month and i am 100% satisfied so far..

Bought this computer for my husband for his birthday and he is very happy with it! He is a big gamer and updates his computer frequently. Very happy with this product

We researched before buying, so we didn't have any questions. We knew exactly what to expect and Daughter is extremely happy with her Birthday present.

PC is very fast and fluent. Has played many games very well, Rocksmith 2014, Farcry 1,2,and3, Dirt Ralley. Most played very smooth on high, haven'tpushed it to very high or tried to overclock yet. Cons, case fan was very loud at 100% had to turn down to 50% and still noticable but no where near as bad. Motherboard used is legacy bios, really wish it had uefi bios, i have a 3 TB hard drive that i have to either run the seagate software for around 700GB , haven't tried the 2.2 Infinity yet, I've read some bad reviews but we'll have to see if it works, either way you'll be doing work arounds for any drives over 2.2 TB. Overall would recommend this PC, I built it out on Ibuypower and pc part picker and it would have costed more to build or buy direct than i got it for at best buy. One horrible experience but it solved now, beware the AMD free game promotion, it's very hard to get verified and get the game downloaded, maybe they fixed some stuff with my experience but just be warned it wasn't easy. Best buy did try to help and responded to all my communications there just wasn't much they could do as it's fulfilled by AMD. Overall and despite the fiasco with the game i would recommend IBUYPOWER and this particular model and as always love best buy.

I've had this computer for about a month now and it runs great! I can play all my games on high graphics settings at 60 fps and they look great. The computer is quiet, and the case looks fantastic, and it is super fast. I am really happy with this computer, especially since I can expand the RAM later if i want to.

The CPU fan ran constantly on high. 4600RPM clocked. I tried to slow it down using software, but could not. My printer drivers did not load, even when downloading from HP. It was a nice case though. Great graphics as far as I got to see. I was told it may have been a motherboard issue. Sad to hear that after waiting and anticipating the arrival of this beast. But kudos to Best Buy/Geek Squad. I purchased a different model, a little better with the exception of the graphic card, but I can always modify that. That said, YES to a recommendation due to the Best Buy crew.

Bought this unit for my son to play. Everything was delivered perfectly. works really well. a little downside with the fans. it is a bit too loud. However, I know this kind of goes with gaming computer since you are on headset all the times so it does not bother my son. overall a really good computer.

I am very satisfied with my new computer graphics are great no issues at all it was delivered sooner than expected the box was packed snug no damage love the mouse and keyboard that came with it easy set up very nice product thank you for putting the fun back in my game play sincerely one happy lady

It's a pretty good PC, running Skyrim on ultra at 60 FPS and the graphics intensive Witcher 3 at 60 FPS at medium settings. However you might want to upgrade the CPU at some point in time later depending on what games you plan on running.

So far the computer is great, my son is really happy with it! No lag, comes with decent graphics card (not high end but also not low end either) Perfect for the kid who likes moderate gaming. It is not too loud, it does not run hot. Overall I am very happy with the computer and the price. Other than the computer, the Geek Squad really stepped up! I purchased the computer and because I am a "simple" person, I also purchase the Geek Squad two year plan. They did all the updates, installation of necessary drivers and 6-month web root anti virus (came with the unit) also, because the mouse that came with the unit was defective, they replaced it with a comparable gaming mouse from the store. I did have to purchase a converter for the monitor because of the VGA plug in. due to the dedicated graphics, the dvi port is a must or your monitor will not show a "no signal" screen and go to sleep mode. so, quick fix and Best Buy also matched the Amazon price for the converter and I saved another $10 with that purchase as well. Really Happy.

Bought this as a Christmas present for myself. I had it shipped to the store, it arrived very fast. The tower works great, it runs high graphic games easily. Including Witcher 3, dragon age: inquisition, and blade & soul.

Super easy and fast setup. Wireless works perfectly. And while im not one for overclocking, This system can run most games on high and ultra settings. No problem with overheating either. Love this computer. And while i don't know what's considered a hardcore gamer anymore, I play about 30-40 hours a week.

First off, the packaging was wonderful. It came with one of those instant foam packs inside the computer to make sure nothing falls out and hurts itself in delivery. On the topic of delivery, I wasn't expecting it for two weeks but it showed up at my home in THREE DAYS! Setup and installation was a breeze. There were friendly stickers everywhere and I didn't have to futz with a single thing to get it up and running. I typically build my own machine to get things cheaper and better, but this time I decided to go for this pre-built one and I'm glad I did. I couldn't have gotten all the parts for a machine of this quality for this price. Plus, I didn't have to deal with any jumpers or configuration issues. Overall, I'm extremely happy with how everything turned out!
