This is our first gaming conputer, it is really fast starting up and loads the games I want it to play quickly. My Sims 4 base game with all DLC crashed a couple of times but loaded right back up when restarted. The fans are quite loud which may be normal for this type of computer but something I did not expect or have experienced in your typical home computer. Overall I am very happy with this machine and would buy it again.

Fast PC for Artistic Design and CAD

This my first PC in a long time, so I may be easily impressed. I have not been using this PC but gaming but rather mostly for design work. The full Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Premiere, Illustrator, Fuse, AfterEffects, Audition, etc.) and the Autodesk Creation Suite (Autodesk 3ds, Maya, etc.) have all fit onto the SSD. Boot time is still under 60 seconds, and animated videos still render at a remarkable speed even while writing to the HDD. The multiple display outputs and windows 10 made my 2-monitor setup simple to use (I use the HDMI output with an HDMI-VGA converter and one VGA output, even though the computer does have 2 VGA-out and DVI-out so that my Keyboard-Video-Mouse switch is easier to recognize for my monitors). Zero problems out of the box, although the clear case made it so that I could see one jack that was not plugged in to the motherboard. After a quick google search I realized that this set of wires was just an extra option for if the SSD needed to be plugged in to a different type of motherboard. Other than that, no problems with the computer, Windows 10 setup, keyboard, or mouse that were included (keyboard and 5-button mouse are also extremely useful for the design work I have been using the computer for.) The benchmarks and other CPU testing reviews have said that some of these components are not the best, but everything worked right out of the box and I have been putting the computer through some serious stress-testing for over a month with creative design work and have not had a single problem. To address the common complain of computer noise, it is barely noticeable to me. My wife frequently uses the speakerphone in our office for conference calls and nobody has complained of it causing background noise interference. I can hear it hum, but it is no louder than when the fan on my laptop would kick into a mid-range speed.

After a little over a month, no specific problems. There are three cooling fans, and what you read in reviews about them being on (even if computer is in sleep or hibernate) is true, but they aren't exactly overbearingly loud, just a bit of white background fan noise. Fans and interior box lights are on when the computer is on; no changing that. But, I found that to be no big deal. Unless you've configured a system with dual SSD and HDD like this from start-up, then a call to IBPwr tech support helped to get the HDD working properly. Again, no big deal and I found IBPwr tech support to be direct, yet helpful considering this is definitely one of their low-end (read cheaper) configurations. I looked at slightly pricier Lenovos with smaller SSDs, and so far am okay with having picked IBPwr.

After 2 weeks of using I like the unit but several times it locked up and turned off by itself. Geek Squad was checking it out and it locked up while still connected. Geek Squad Ella C. did not follow up so this has to be investigated. So far no Final report

A previous review said it makes a great night light and they were right. But I am happy with the performance. The D drive came unformatted. So I called tech support and they fixed me right up. Fast boot and shutdown with the SSD drive.

I still have some in depth experience to perform in order to be conclusive, however, my initial impression is this is a great machine for the money. Especially utilizing the SSD for apps and primary storage on the HDD.

This is the first time I've really purchased a desktop and I was primarily looking to use it to play League of Legends. Since I'm generally uneducated when it comes to tech, I was a little apprehensive to buy a gaming computer that was so far down on the price line. The graphics card, I had been warned, was a little older model and a lot of people thought I might have to upgrade right when I got the computer. This is not the case! From the moment I turned it on, it has ran LoL beautifully and lightening fast! I get 100+ fps generally and no lagging. (except when the internet is slow because Someone is on Netflix ;P) The graphics are great for my standards and I am generally the first or second person fully to load before a game. The fan is a little loud, but I tune it out so easily that I immediately forget about it. The light is nice and the keyboard and mouse that comes along are way better quality than I expected from a "one free item" offer. For someone who is as limited on computer tech as I am, it was insanely easy to set up and to use right out of the box. A+! Everything has been great including the shopping experience when i purchased this computer. Best Buy helped me quickly and kindly to find the right computer for my budget and I couldn't be happier for what I got and the price I paid. I highly recommend this for a new gamer looking to play League of Legends or games similar!

I ordered this computer online because it had everything I wanted. The package gets shipped to me, and there is a hole in the box. I plug the machine in, and none of the ports (USB, AVI, DVI) are working, and it can't connect to wifi. I take the computer to best buy to get fixed, the whole reason why I bought it through best buy, and they don't even run a diagnostic to see what's wrong. Instead they say I have to ship it to the manufacturer to get them to fix it. The staff was not friendly or helpful. I send the machine in to maufacturer - I had to pay for shipping all the way out to California (I live in Michigan). They tell me it had a bad motherboard and that the motherboard they gave me is no longer used so they replace it with a completely different one. I don't know about you, but it sucks pretty bad when I get a brand new computer with broken parts. Never buying a computer through best buy or ibuypower again. Amazon is much better.

Great, but will need upgrades for most games.

This computer is a monster, the 4core AMD CPU is great for multi-tasking and the 8gb of RAM is really all you need. but the GPU is pretty outdated and doesn't do much, trying to play most games you'll need to run low graphics. I installed a NVIDIA GTX 950 for $160 and it runs any game you could imagine on ultra, the 350w Power supply is lacking connections if you wish to expand as it only has 2 extra ports for HDD's and for me, I had to move the SATA cables to different ports to fit my GTX 950. It's not very loud to me, but it makes a great night-light and it can become a powerful beast with a little work and knowledge.

I purchased this machine for into gaming as well as a upgrade in general performance. So far all the features are working as expected. This was out of the box all I needed for a good upgrade at a great price. Machine did arrive with some maintenance that was needed however. The 2 TB HDD appeared to be popped out of the slot on one side. I blame the shipping as it came from 2500 miles away. The only reason this did not get 5 stars is due to the fan was on full blast when it turned on, and never slowed down. I called customer support and during their walkthough, I noticed one of the 4 pins on the motherboard was bent out of the plug. I was able to push it back into place and machine immediately began to function normally. The customer support was great and answered my call right away.

The computer is great turn on and it's on the homescreen in less thenot 10 seconds. Runs everything very smooth. For gaming (wows, war thunder, mmorpgs) settings on medium fps will be around 30 to 45. For the money does a great job.
