The computer works well and my son is pleased with it. However, the description online when we bought it said it had a VGA port, so we had planned to use our old VGA monitor. It did not have that port, so we had to quickly come up with a plan B so our son could use his new birthday present. We hooked it to the tv termporarily.

I used to have an iMac and I recently upgraded to this PC so I could record / edit videos and livestream, the price seemed too good to not get it, really happy with it so far! Runs perfectly!

I expected this machine to be very ast. It isn't. do t understand why it is so slow.

I bought a cheaper computer for my husband. Best Buy could not get the computer I ordered so they called me immediately and offered me this one for the same price instead, which was a pretty good deal. It showed up the very next day instead of the date we were expecting it, a week later. It has a better processor and a slightly better graphics card than the one I bought. All in all he is happy with it. I would have liked to see all of the fan ports with fans in them, though. This is something we'll have to fix later we also need to upgrade the graphics card but my husband is able to play Fallout 4 on it so graphics is not high priority at this time. My husband has complained about all the pop ups from Windows 10 asking him if he'd recommend it to a friend that keep closing his games. (The answer is, "No, leave me alone.") As soon as we can figure out how to turn those off for good, he will be much happier with it. He also thought the keyboard and mouse were cheaply made and has left those in their boxes. Wireless would have been much better than wired, IMO. It would have also been nice that the keyboard and mouse matched the white/blue of the case instead of red/black. He was also a little upset that it did not come with a Windows disk. Other than that he really hasn't had time to complain about anything except aesthetic issues, which are more personal than problematic with the computer itself.

I have heard of iBuyPower but never really gave it much thought. I went into a Best Buy store and saw thing gaming machine and it was priced below $720, for the newest generation of i5 processor. I decided to give it a try. This is a very fast machine, for the price of course. It ran smoothly since day 1 and never had a hiccup for whatever i throw at it. The video card that comes with this build (GTX 750 ti) is a very good card since it ran smoothly and quietly. I mainly played Starcraft II with no problems on max setting. One thing that I really like about this computer is how cool it ran. Both the CPU and the video card ran extremely cool, even under load. If you're on a budget, this is a great machine that can handle 95% of the tasks.

I have been so hesitant about buying a gaming tower; so many people I game with have so many opinions about pre-built towers being overpriced, that they can hustle you out of money by using an inferior graphics card, CPU etc. It left me very intimidated and just stuck in place using a laptop that was slowly dying just trying to play the few games I enjoy (Marvel Heroes, Warframe & Left4Dead 2). While shopping at Best Buy (Daytona Beach, FL) on Black Friday, my mom and I came across this desktop in their gaming section. It seemed to have EVERYTHING I was looking for and was reasonably priced. I bit the bullet, with a little help from my mom and bought this tower. Easily one of the BEST decisions I could ever have made as a gamer. We aren't rich people, on the contrary, spending this amount of money on a tower could have gone sideways for us, but it was an awesome investment. This tower literally comes ready to GO, which saves me from being overwhelmed and just lost as I am not very computer savvy. Upon researching the graphics card and CPU included here, it allows me to play my games on a very HIGH setting and not experience any lag which has completely changed my gaming experience. I have never been so impressed by a piece of hardware before as I am this desktop. One piece of advice, because it happened to me, when hooking up your monitor use a dvi to HDMI converter and hook the HDMI to the motherboard (you'll see two HDMI ports next to each other those are them) The single one is the wrong one. Your HDMI ports may have a plastic cover on them you can just pull off with your fingers. Enjoy your new purchase and thanks for your time.

This desktop has everything a casual gamer would ever need. If you have been using a laptop like me for a very long time to play games, this computer is definitely a huge step up from that. It can play Tomb Raider, Starcraft 2, Skyrim and most mainstream titles at ultra settings with no sweat. My only complaints is that the usb WIFI adapter this desktop comes with has very limited range in comparison with my old laptop, so if you plan on using this desktop 20 feet away from your router, I would suggest either using a very long ethernet cable or upgrading the adapter. I purchased the netgear N300 and it works amazing despite being far away from the router. PS. If you are also not a fan of using a HDD for boot and storage I would recommend upgrading to any cheap SSD with this desktop. It literally reduces start up times and load times by seconds compared to the HDD.

For the money, theres soo many Better Options availible. Or just build a Better p.c. yourself!

After investigating the cost to build a similarly spec'd PC (before purchasing Windows OS) it made sense to buy this computer at this price. I purchased this gaming PC for my 12 year old son. In addition to the CPU, it includes a wired keyboard and wired mouse. The CPU case looks great with the blue LED lighting. Be sure to use the included software to perform device driver updates on everything. Doing so fixed the slow wireless LAN card problem. Before installing the driver updates, the wireless LAN card was only allowing about 1 mbps download speeds. After the updates, it was allowing the full 30 mbps download speeds we pay for. This computer came installed with Windows 10 Home Edition. Be sure to update windows right away. This will prevent Steam gaming client from freezing up the computer. After doing so, we installed Call of Duty Black Ops II and it plays great without any lag. So far, my son and I enjoy everything about this computer. There is a lot of room in the case to add additional upgrades and peripherals.

If you want to have a great gaming experience get this PC!! I have been using it for about a week and it is fast and amazing. This desktop can most likely run 95% of your games and you don't lag at all. I would highly recommend this if you do not want to build a computer. This is a great prebuilt device and it even has blue led lights inside of it

Stupid computer didn't even work when I opened the box

This computer runs super quick and it's quiet. Can't even tell it's running. Love how open the vents are to keep from overheating. And the blue lights are so cool!

Great product for CSGO havent had one problem at all and have been getting great frames while playing csgo

I highly regret buying this PC. The price will lure you to buy it. This is the second ibuypower computer that I've bought from BestBuy. The first one the motherboard died and I had it only less than 3 months, I brought it back to bestbuy to replace it with another one and they did. The second one I've had for about a month in a half and now there's no picture on my screen when I turn it on. I will be returning this one this week back to Best Buy to get my money back and save up for a different brand. Best advice do not buy this product from this brand.

This PC is easily the best PC i have ever had for all of my gaming experiences, and it is VERY CHEAP for what it can do. Gets TONS of FPS and has a very sleek casing and is a very good computer.

I bought it a few weeks ago, but due to school I was unable to really use it until recently, now that I have, the power supply failed. The parts used in this system are terrible, lowest wattage power supply, discount brand mother board and graphics card. I bought this as my first "Gaming PC" because I could finance it and not spend ~$700-$800 out if pocket. Had I known how bad the quality was I would have reconsidered.

I brought this PC for my son. It is first gaming computer. Yet, after three weeks of use (I got it for him for Christmas), the game card went bad. I had to take it back to Best Buy; however, Best Buy could not return or switch computer out because it is a third party, and I missed the Christmas return deadline by 1 day. To make a long story short, BUYERS of iBuyPower beaware! iBuyPower makes you pay to ship them their products to fix even when it is their hardware, manufacturing issue and even when the PC is under warranty. I had to pay $152 to ship them my son PC to fix that was an iBuyPower issue. When I called iBuyPower, their customer service was not helpful, and they refused to consider to pay for shipment. The supervisor I talked to told me that it was my problem and the only answer he had for me was that I would have to pay to ship them product. Also, because it is a 3rd party and Best Buy does not have a contact with this company, the Geek Squad could not fix my iBuyPower bad game card. I will NEVER but this brand again. BE CAREFUL!
