This computer has two hard drives (2TB Hard Drive + 120GB Solid State Drive); the 2TB was not formatted and I had to take it back to Geek Squad right out of the box. When the computer was assembled the power cable for the cooling fan was strung over the top of the ethernet port making it impossible to connect an ethernet cable. Another trip to Geek Squad for an out-of-the-box defect.

Good basic gaming computer with lots of memory capacity.

I purchased computer to power my 29 inch monitor which allows for 4 viewing screens at a time. I mainly use computer for my e-signal account that I rely on for trading options. So far quite reliable.

I bought this computer for my seventeen year old son for Christmas. He had some issues setting up the computer, but since all those have been resolved we have been very happy with the purchase so far.

after doing some extensive research to find out the kind of computer i wanted and could afford on my budget i was looking at this computer or spending almost $500 more for them same thing by Asus, i decided that i would give this computer a chance and worst come to worse i return it and shell out an additional $500 for the same thing made by Asus, So i purchased this computer about 3 weeks ago and so far i love it! After anxiously waiting for it to be shipped from BB HQ in Mn. i was nervous about it because despite the decent reviews it was still a not recognizable name. i was pleasantly surprised to see at how much care was taken with the packaging. It had an expanded foam inster to hold all the internals in place with very heavy duty styrofoam and thick foam padding encasing the computer. There was not a scratch on it nor was anything lose or damaged. Setting it up was a breeze and took only a few minutes until it was ready to play. it also came with a mouse that has the logo that lights up but the keyboard does not. The machine is an amazing sight to see with its red internal leds that show it off very well but is not so bright to being annoying, the case has a very large clear window on the side that to me seems to be made of a strong plastic and the rest of the case is a great feeling metal. I wont go into the specs as they are all listed in the item description. After many hours of skyrim on ultra high graphics settings it has never faltered or stuttered and mantains crystal clear images and very vast load times for non internet apps and games. the machine is currently being bottle necked by the ISP in my area so i don't count the internet speed against it. but all in all for the price between this and a popular name brand you will not be disappointed

Bought this system, out of the box the keyboard didn't work. First night when it went into sleep mode I could not get it out of sleep mode, had to do a hard reboot.Every day after, it would freeze up at least twice a day. Returned it and bought a new one (same system). Something was rolling around inside the case. Plugged it in, would turn on for half a second and then turn off. Returned this one too. Wasted a lot of time and gas driving back and forth for these. Don't recommend this at all.

i would definitely recommend this the graphics are amazing!! everything worked and was made exactly like the description. I plan on putting in many gaming hours now !
