This is the first iBUYPOWER computer I've purchased and has become one of my favorite brands. I was recommended this computer by my techie friend that said this computer is a great deal when on sale. Please bear with my long post, I've got lots to say about this computer. Pros: The case. Very futuristic looking, very similar to a storm trooper! The case itself is big, with lots of room for ventilation. Large fans in the front and on the rear panel for a very good push/pull setup. Blue fan lights up the interior very well and really showcases the video card. SSD. From now on, I will always get a SSD for my computer. The difference between a regular hard drive and adding a SSD is night and day. The computer boots up in under 30 seconds compared to 2-3 min of my old hard drive. Video card. NVIDIA GTX 960. This BEAST will run any game I throw at it. I mostly play LoL, but Witcher 3 was a pleasant surprise when it ran at high settings flawlessly. I'm guessing this entire setup will last me 4-5 years. 16GB of RAM. Overkill almost, since I usually run most my computers with 8GB of RAM. This guarantees I'll never lag when running multiple programs. Mouse/Keyboard. Both are wired, great for gaming. I'll be switching to a mechanical keyboard very soon. But this one will be my backup. Cons: Windows 8.1. I'll be upgrading to Windows 10 the first day it releases. I'm not use to the interface of Windows 8.1 since I've always stuck with Windows 7. My overall review of this computer is very positive. The cons are mostly my personal preferences of software. This computer is great for the price and will last me a few years of gaming. When the time comes to buy a new rig, I wouldn't hesitate to purchase another iBUYPOWER computer. I highly recommend this computer to any gamer out there (especially if it goes on sale).

I Love iBuyPower. 4 yrs. and this computer is still going strong. I use it about 10 Hours/Day.

Other than the hard drives not being formatted/partitioned this is a pretty decent rig. The motherboard is kind of small and the (extra) wiring was somewhat messy but other than that it is a super fast computer and performs well. I have it overclocked to 4.2ghz and it does not overheat or cause errors. I use it mainly for GoPro editing and some very light gaming. I would recommend it to the beginner gamer or for editing video/pictures. It performed really well in benchmark testing.

This PC is quite impressive! I didn't realize that iBuypower PCs were on Bestbuy's site. So far, I've thrown a number of games with higher recommend processing requirements and each one runs beautifully! All the games run super smoothly at high settings, and the computer itself is shockingly quite! It also doesn't produce as much heat as I would have expected from a gaming tower. I love this PC! I will be a returning customer for life!

I needed a new computer for a while and decided to look at not only full size towers (my last pc was a laptop) but also wanted something to play games on. So I decided on a gaming rig. Did my fair amount of research and decided to pick this model up. I have to say that for the amount I paid, (picked it up on sale)it is an exceptional value. It came well packed from the factory both inside and out, unlike some other reviewers I had no loose connections, it was up and running rather fast, (would have been faster but had to do the windows upgrade to ten) ,updated all the drivers that needed it and I was good to go. The system is quite, stays cool (never reached anything above fifty two degrees), runs "my" games without a problem,(I play mostly older games though like "World in conflict" and "Age of empires" but with this pc I will try out some more modern stuff) and I love the look of not only the case but the internals as well.(Really diggin the blue and green light scheme). Now on to the only negatives I could really think of with this setup. The first is that cable management could have used a little bit more thought put into it. It's not bad but it could have been slightly better but I also realize that this is a company making hundreds of these a day so I'm understanding of what I saw cable wise. The second is that, like some other reviewers, the HDD doesn't come as an active drive. You have to activate it (it's in a read only state) or everything will get saved to your SSD. Other then those two minor gripes, I am really happy with this computer. So, to conclude, I'm very happy with my new gaming rig! It's got great features, a great price, and looks good doing it. This was my first "gaming computer" purchase. At the time (Labor Day Weekend), it was on sale. After reading the pros/cons and positive/negative feedback with IBUYPOWER, i chose to throw my money down on this computer. Needless to say, it was the best decision! I already knew after reading the reviews that the computer didn't come with the 2nd hard-drive partitioned. In all seriousness, SO WHAT? it literally takes 5 minutes after watching a youtube video on what to do, and does not involve connecting hardware parts (completely software related). pros the computer has lightning speed. i'm a school teacher that plays computer games every once in a while. i wanted a system that can have multiple apps running (WORD, google, PowerPoint, VISIO, EXCEL). LOL, i had no idea that I could run 15+ google tabs open, have 5 different MS WORD docs open, VISIO + PowerPoint, have a software installation running in the background ANDDDDDDDDD, be playing "wolftenstein the new order" (a game that requires great graphics) running. LOL, all of that, and NOTHING IS LAGGING!!!! Excuse my ignorance in computers, but that is simply amazing! CONS I honestly cannot think of any. I do feel sorry for those few individuals that received a faulty computer. That IS going to happen in any industry. I lucked out in not having that situation. I would recommend IBUYPOWER to anyone.

I bought this PC hoping to be able to play most games at high settings and being able to edit videos. Wasn't really expecting much. However, this PC had me shocked by the performance of it. Ran games at maxed out settings with great frames. Windows 8.1 came installed on the SSD which allowed for a faster boot up. Takes literally 3 seconds to boot up. Everything had an easy set up and this is by far the best deal I've seen. Excellent pricing. Shipping was fast and the PC came packaged in a great condition. The included keyboard is good, not the best but works. The mouse had me shocked. Really great mouse. However, an issue with BestBuy is that the picture isn't completely accurate. This PC does NOT have a blu-ray drive. Only includes a regular DVD drive. And I haven't found where the light is inside the case. But, this PC is excellent and serves my needs. Great price. As almost everyone else has said, the problem with this machine lies mostly in the build & shipping (in my opinion). I got this for my son for Christmas & upon getting it set up, there was no signal on the monitor. I was worried and called tech support just to find them closed (of course). So I came on here & started going through reviews. I found that one person said not to plug in the HDMI cable into the port that was the most obvious choice on the back of the machine. That is where I had it plugged in & upon further inspection, there was another HDMI port farther down in about the middle of the back of the unit. I plugged in there & got connection (whew!). The blue lights are NOT lighting up, haven't looked into that yet (might just be a cable not connected properly??). My internet adapter was also zip tied, but all of the fans are functional. There is a "drive" that is put in crooked, haven't looked into that yet either.... The gaming experience seems great, my son is getting great FPS & is very happy with the machine. I also felt that perhaps a better keyboard could have came with it for $1000, but it is what it is, I guess. Overall, we are happy with it, just feel it could have been put together better for that kind of money..

To my surprise, this computer came to my doorstep very quickly. About the computer: It is really easy to set up, as many of the parts were already plugged in and all I had to do was take out the foam and adjust the hard drive. It is very great in running games such as CS:GO, League, HotS, and Overwatch in the highest of quality. The computer speed is amazing as load in times are much quicker due to the SSD. The computer also looks very nice in general as the tower color looks great. It is also bundled with a keyboard and mouse so I did not have to worry about looking for these accessories along with the computer.

For the price this computer is an animal. look at similar computers on bestbuy for the 1100 dollar price range and you'll find none with an i7 4790k and a Gtx 960. This computer puts the other computers at the same price point to shame. Buy this if you don't want to build one.

I bought this PC with a doubt due to the 2GB of vram that came with the GTX 960 but i still ordered this computer because of the 4790k with the intentions of hardcore gaming and that is what i got with this computer. The GTX 960 really is not for 4K unless you are gonna play games like league of legends. This computer is very good for 1080P gaming and some 1440P but this computer with is 16GB of dual channel ram and the 4790K at 4GHZ is truly amazing and the GTX 960 crushes GTA V and Battelfield Hardline and pretty much any triple A game.

Okay I have been reading the reviews on this product for a while and it seems like the problems have been fixed on newer devices, but when I first got my system. I had the biggest problems ever with wifi. The wifi adapter they give you is really bad I was getting worse download speeds then on my old computer. So I had to go out and buy myself a wireless extender that had ethernet ports that I could connect to my pc. After I purchased that there was no more wifi problems for me. And I am still not sure if my ssd and my hdd should be all under one drive or not still but I got over that quickly. ( I used to have a gaming laptop where all of it is under one drive.) Overall this computer is amazing I just wish the included wifi adapter wasn't so bad. But this has helped me alot in my workflow between design, editing, and gaming.

Setting up this PC was not an enjoyable experience, extremely laggy set up and overall experience. With further inspection I had some sort of "Dummy" Software installed, I encountered many crashes displaying the "Blue Screen of Death" and the error message :"DPC Watchdog Violation" A common old ssd firmware software that needs to be updated, so I would recommend updating each individual component, and the windows software. A re installation of windows 8.1 using the disc that came with the pc and then, no issues. It playes games flawlessly, playing titles such as Skyrim, Fallout New Vegas, GTA V, and the Witcher 3 on Ultra maxed out settings. Even after the updates and software re installation, I experienced lag and crashes. This time displaying: "Critical_Process_Has_Died" I cracked open the side of the panel and noticed that the ssd was titled to the side. After straightening it out I have not experienced any issues what so ever. Aside from the software issues this is a five star computer, great gaming mouse but cheap keyboard. The delete key does not seem to properly work, leaving me having to click it multiple times. Lastly the blue internal LED lights are a nice touch.

Pros Fast,case is good looking and quiet. Did I mention FAST. Cons Motherboard Keyboard sent with PC didn't work. These are minor when looking at the overall great PC

Received this computer with high expectations and was satisfied, this computer is a monster for the price, other then the hard drive and ssd not being seated properly, just takes a little bit of time to fix, but other than that it boots up in no time less then 5 seconds, it runs CS:GO on high settings and even H1Z1 on high, could not be any more satisfied with this computer.

Nice pc very good performance and it looks very nice. Wire management could've been a little better but it wasn't hard to rearrange. The most disappointing thing about this computer was that the motherboard is so tiny, only has two slots for RAM and one for a gpu. The gpu is pretty nice its a gigabyte model and i was assuming it would be a evga model but so it could've helped if that was listed but no big deal. The only reason for not giving 5 stars is once again because of the motherboard and honestly it almost made me give 3 but it still runs good so it isn't a problem until i want to upgrade some things.

I don't buy new technology often, though my business has always been in developing new technology. When I decided to replace my still functioning nine-year-old computer, I wanted fast performance, particularly for processing high-resolution digital images, while keeping browser pages, E-mail, documents, and spreadsheets open. I looked for an affordable but capable game machine, knowing that it would have excellent graphic capability, even though I don't play games. In a month of testing, this iBUYPOWER has not disappointed me. PROs: Started up immediately without problems. Fast boot-up and shutdown. Quiet fans, adjusted automatically to demand. Very detailed UEFI BIOS user interface. Fast graphic display. Not cluttered with junk software. Six external and two internal USB ports. LPT and COM connections on motherboard for my old printer, etc. CONs: No unused expansion slots on motherboard. Included USB wireless adapter takes some care in positioning to receive weak router signal. No SD card reader included. Somewhat awkward arrangement of drive bays and power supply cables, but I managed to fit in another drive. As I said, I have not been disappointed. Delivery was faster than advertised and performance has been perfect.

This is an amazing gaming pc. Very powerful and fast and with the SSD it boots up in seconds. I can finally play all my favorite game at max settings. With 16GB of RAM this computer never slows down running multiple apps. I would definitely recommend iBUYPOWER to anyone.

This computer goes wickedly fast. The solid-state drive disk definitely makes it boot up in seconds. You do have to configure the extra disk size as commented before. Also, the PC tower did not bring the blue lights as shown in the graphic or pictures others have posted.

This computer is a beast, it can handle anything you throw at it. If your looking for a great pc to game you came to the right place! Its great for many new games. Definitely would recommend this master piece.
