Got this beast for my bday and i'm in love with the performance and look of the computer.

This computer works great! It was a little hard to set up but ibuypower tech support was very kind and helped me with my problems.

I'm very pleased with this pc. I use it mainly for streaming and soon I will be getting into playing some pc games. The pc is very fast and I haven't encountered and issues so far. I was a little disappointed however on the way it was shipped. The hard drives were installed and they fell out of place in transit. Luckily the pc worked fine.

I am probably the only one who has experienced this! So, where do I begin. I bought this computer being very exited, looking at its specs, reviews, and so on. So I ordered the computer with much excitement, then it came. I had to immediately bring it to geeksquad because it couldn't turn on. The man who helped me fixed the problem and also arranged the wires and installed windows for me for free. So I go home to set it up to my monitor... Had to call geeksquad because my monitors weren't giving me a signal. They helped me really fast with my problem, but then the real trouble began. I turned it on logged in. So I had a few discs to download things that came with the computer, I don't know what happened but the disc tray stopped working. Then I was trying to connect to the internet when some error restarted the computer (did this 3 times). So I finally reach the point where I can successfully connect to the internet. or so I thought. The wireless internet kept going on and off so I had to keep retyping my internet password. After 5 or so trys I finally get on the internet. The all of a sudden it is telling me the only way I can connect to the internet is through and Ethernet cable. At this point I went to the geek squad website (on my laptop) and was asking why it was having problems with the disc player, wireless internet, and errors that reset my system. They said to go back to geeksquad and have them try to fix it. To be honest I am at the point where I am going to talk to the manager and have him refund me or take back the computer and ship me a new one. Overall my experience has been really bad with this product and I hope the problems will be resolved.

Good things: Everything are here, nothing went missing. Everything works, nothing seem to be wrong. It arrived on time. Bad things: The white light next to power button blinks random time. And the iBuyPower mouse's back/forward button at left side does not work. Also, there is some kind of scratch on top and a tiny broken tip on bottom , maybe because of shipping.

Obviously, the specs on this computer are good. I was extremely excited to get it. But I've had it delivered twice now — twice! — and both times there were major problems. The first time the RAM and GPU were both not inserted properly and the GPU was dirty, and none of the front or back panel jacks were properly connected. iBuypower's tech support proposed that there was a problem with the motherboard and I should return it. Fine. Best Buy was wildly unhelpful. I wasn't able to return it in-store because I had bought it online and apparently there was an error on the label. I had to request a return label from the online service system; I waited a week — no return label. So I re-ordered from Best Buy while I waited, in the hopes that this could still function on time for Christmas. (It was supposed to be a Christmas present.) The second one arrived extremely fast, but the problems seem equally if not more severe. There seems to be some issue with the power supply or perhaps another faulty motherboard. I don't know, but it's egregious. I don't know whether the problem is shipping/packaging or assembly, but it's pretty unacceptable for a $1,000 computer. I might have to avoid Best Buy for serious electronics purchases from now on.

This computer is a steal for this price. I looked at so many computers before purchasing this one for Architecture school. The computer has everything I need, and then some. The buying process was easy and quick and the delivery/installing process was even easier. The instructions were clear and well described and I had no issues setting it up. The computer is beautiful and the keyboard and mouse it comes with are great too. If I could buy this computer and feel the rush of seeing it turn on for the first time everyday, I WOULD! Fantastic purchase. Highly recommend. (2 other people in my program have already purchased the same computer. 5 stars!

this computer is all you need if you play passively. And the 16 GB ram, 1 TB hard drive is more than enough to make a great gaming experience. But I did have a little trouble with the built-in wireless networking. so I sent it in and I Buy Power fixed it :)

Bought this computer for my grandson and it is working great. This is the second IBUYPOWER computer that I have purchased and they are both excellent machines.

some of the .dll files (files required to play most games) are missing from the PC. Never the less this problem is solvable and I would recommend this PC to anyone due to the great performance of the games it has actually managed to run.

Well worth the wait, this computer could play anything

A friend of mine recommended this computer and I never regretted purchasing this desktop. Absoulty love it! Handles anything I've done!

Great computer! shipped around a week after ordering. Graphics card DOA, Expect manual labor. Besides that the 16 GB wow this PC performs very good. 128 GB NOT 120.

I picked up my PC today and I am so impressed with the quality. Happy it comes with warranty and really great quality for the price! I like that I can see into the side panel, and the blue LED lights inside are beautiful!

Great PC. It runs smooth and quiet, and can play all my games on max settings. Would recommend.

I love it so much, although if it had been water cooled, god. This is definately a great buy for someone who doesnt have the time to build a PC

So, I bought this PC thinking this is going to be terrific. I have to say, it arrived faster than I was expecting, but when I unpacked it and plugged it in and connected it to my monitor it said "no input signal" whether I used the VGA cable or HDMI...same result. Then- get this - since the store was closed, I contacted the "Chat" feature of Geek Squad. Guess what they told me - they would be happy to get me up and going -- for $69.00 ...yeah, you read that right, $69 bucks! I said to the chat agent "Dawn" that I shouldn't have to pay MORE money (hadn't I spent enough?) just to get a brand new item to work the way it was supposed to. She didn't want to hear it - pay $69 or we can't help you. So, tomorrow, I'm taking this PC to me nearest Best Buy and asking for a complete refund. The worst customer service I've ever seen.

Great Computer but had a little hassle to begin with.

This computer is overall amazing but i cannot believe how terrible the cooling was i had to go amazon and buy case fans and liquid cooling for the cpu and install them.

We have had the computer one day. We had to bring it to Best Buy as they did not hook up the hard drive. The Geek Squad fixed this problem. Now it keeps displaying system error - turning itself off -(4 times in one hour) and freezes. This was supposed to be a great machine but it is so disappointing. We will have to return it and will not buy another iBUYPOWER since this is not a quality product.
