This computer worked right out of the box, and did not come with any kind of shipping damage. My model had a Gigabyte 980Ti, which came with a slight overclock. I expected a stock 980Ti, so this was a very pleasant surprise. This can run most games totally maxed at 1080p with a minimum of 60 frames per second. I have to disagree with the numerous online reviews which say this card is overkill for 1080p gaming. For older games it certainly is, but with newer, cutting edge games like Rise of the Tomb Raider and The Division (which came with my computer at no extra cost!), it can just manage to pull 60 FPS maxed at 1080p, with some minor dips. If you are looking for a 1440p or 4K gaming setup, I would advise you to look to an SLI setup, as there is no single card which can max out modern games at those resolutions (as far as I am aware). However, for someone like me who does not really have any interest in those higher resolutions, this computer has been a total dream come true. My prior setup was a gaming laptop with an Nvidia 765m and it is a massive improvement. On top of it running games well, it also runs very quietly too. The case also looks quite nice. The biggest flaw it has is the built-in wifi. Instead of using a wifi card, they opted to use a USB 2.0 wifi solution, which does not offer very good speeds compared to a card. All in all, besides the wifi not being all that great, I think this computer is incredible (and a great deal, too - I have never seen a pre-built with a 980Ti available this cheap). I would definitely recommend this product so long as you are okay with the below average wifi connectivity.

The computer is so quiet that my monitor makes more noise in comparison ( its VERY quiet) It renders games beautifully and so far I have had no issues. I have owned it for a total of 3 days so far so no telling for any problems in the future but as far as unpacking and first trials go its a very satisfying computer

This is a great computer for the price. It runs every game I throw at it so far on Ultra (Witcher 3, Fallout 4, Rise of the Tomb Raider, and Metal Gear Solid: The Phantom Pain). It's very quiet and it runs nice and cool on the inside. The case is beautiful, the only thing I wish is that the front opened so I could add an optical drive if I wanted down the line. Other than that it's perfect!

Great product. The graphics function of NVidea 980 is class apart. iBuyPower has put the best combination of processing power, gpu and ram combination as required by the high speed games today.

SO FAR I HAVE TESTED IN TWO GAMES FOR A LITTLE BIT AND IT IS AMAZING. IT IS THE BEST PC I HAVE EVER OWNED AND I AM VERY HAPPY WITH IT. I SUGGEST TO BUY A UHD HIGH RESOLUTION MONITOR THAT IS COMPATIBLE WITH THE AWESOME NVIDIA CARD TO HAVE THE BEST OUT OF YOUR EXPENSIVE GRAPHIC CARD.

I'm new to the whole desktop scene, but when I saw this one I fell in love with the specs. Now that I've had it for nearly a month I feel like I can give it a review. The desktop looks gorgeous. It doesn't make much sound even when playing games on max settings. Now, I've had an issue while setting it up, but I called customer support and they helped me through it. It was probably the best customer support I've ran into. They were patient and explained everything in a way that I could understand even when not proficient with desktops.

I got this desktop because I wanted to play my games with max settings and still have a decent frame rate. It surpassed even my highest expectations. It looks nice, it's quiet and it performs beautifully.

Very nice computer. Everything worked as it should. Fast! excellent for gaming. Only 2 complaints- only 4 usb ports on the back (there are 4 on the top but who wants to plug peripherals into the top of the pc?) Like others said wifi adapter sucks. Got an ac1200 adapter and its great now. Having to purchase a wifi adapter, usb hub and an external dvd drive on a 15 hundred dollar computer is disappointing. I expected to get the dvd drive as its clearly stated but the lack of usb ports and poor performance of the wifi adapter I did not. Overall great computer. Best buy order online experience was very bad but that is not iBuyPower's fault.

I want to start with the fact that this system is beyond great for the price, how ever it did come with a defective hard drive and I now need to drive 150 miles to the nearest store to get it fixed. Other than that the system did run anything I threw at it that was on the SSD

bought this comp on line and gotta say not disappointed in the least. i can finally play my games at full graphics and its beautiful.

First and foremost I am very disappointed with iBUYPOWER customer service and will never purchase from them again. I had an issue with my wireless network speed and they would not assist me to a satisfactory level and were very nonchalant about it (both via phone and online support). I eventually had to go to an online tech forum to resolve my issue (which they helped in a speedy manor). Besides the customer service the desktop itself is a good machine and working in good condition.

Just got this computer. Customer service has been impeccable with some of the small questions I have had. Too early to give a performance review on the computer.

I am really disappointed with this computer. item was received in good condition with no apparent damage from shipping. I checked all of the connections in the case and everything seemed to be connected and good order. however a few minutes after setting up the computer it began crashing over and over with blue screens. errors were: IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL and UNEXPECTED_KERNEL_MODE_TRAP. Whenever it didn't blue screen, it would freeze up at the desktop and would give me Fatal error messages whenever i tried to launch any application or window. I took it down to my local Best Buy and they told me they would not be able to have it looked at at that location, so I decided to just return the unit for a full refund. I'll try to avoid iBuypower in the future.
