Love this computer and could not have gotten the components at a better price. It runs quietly, I have no memory issues anymore and it's very pretty!

Love it but after a short time it quit getting high speeds on the wireless connection. Had it twice to Geek Squad but still won'r get speeds above 5-7 MBPS, and we are on the 50 Mbps plan!

After 3 days of use icons were disappearing, received error reports. Had to bring it too the Geek Squad to be reimaged and do diagnostics..

The first thing that caught my eye was the led lights that outlined the side panel. I liked the power it had so ordered one with a bit more. Got it no led lights around the panel and the boot up time was not as fast and sometimes it took two or more times to boot. Maybe I just got a bad one but returned it and ordered the new HP Omen. Much more satisfied. Sometimes its just better to stick with the major name brands.

This computer is great for being on the interwebs and looking for memes.

I was planning on buying a similar setup from the IBP website, but after seeing I could get this one at a similar price, and faster, I decided to purchase it from best buy. And I gotta say, it was a smooth setup! There are only a few, minor things that I do not like, but over all it's a great system. PROS: - I'm getting 300-500 FPS on CS:GO which is awesome. I haven't tried out very many games on it yet, because installation is very slow due to the wireless issues I've been having, which I will get to momentarily. - NO PRE-INSTALLED BLOATWARE! One thing I hate about most pre-built PCs is that they have software trials/"Help and support" apps/etc. that really bog the system down or just annoy you. I usually just reformat before I do anything, but I didn't this time, and I'm happy to say that there was nothing on there! Only the drivers were installed. Perfect. - SSD is awesome.. I was going to skip getting one, but after having the computer boot up in just seconds is just amazing. I can't go back to booting from normal HDs. CONS: This list is just some minor stuff that's easily fixed. Doesn't really take a way from the experience that much. - Awkward fan -- After I took out the packing material from inside the computer, I noticed the side panel fit really awkwardly, due to the massive fan being almost flush with the side of the case, and the window having a small plastic lip, they hit each other and don't fit well, so putting the side back on the case after opening it up gets weird. - Keyboard -- I'm not a fan of the keyboard. The keys feel cheap and it doesn't feel like it's built well, but it's a free keyboard, and I was planning on upgrading to a CM QuickFire Rapid or something similar anyways. - Wireless connectivity -- Super awful. Running speed tests on my previous computer (Set up right next to this one, an iMac that I use for work.) I get a perfect connection and perfect speeds. On this one though, the connection drops sometimes, and I get MAYBE 2 mbp/s down. My router is located in the living room of my house, which is directly below my office. I took the wireless USB stick out of the computer (The wireless connector is a USB dongle that is plugged into an internal USB port.) and plugged it into the top of the computer and that seemed to help the signal slightly, but not by much at all. I restarted my router and it seemed to work fine for a little while, but then the speeds dropped significantly again. This is the only wireless device out of 6 in the house having problems with the connection, so I'm just going to run some ethernet cabling through the house instead of spending more time wrestling with a poor connection.

Good Value and would buy again. Support Services are great.

They wouldn't replace the defective mouse. Everything else is ok.

Only thing better would be a larger solid state drive.

Computer works fine...Fast and quiet. Only disappointment would be that product information is not descriptive enough on packaging or on website.Makes it hard to compare different systems.

I can say i absolutely love this computer. I read COUNTLESS reviews on here about people's things being loose, things not turning on, cable management was bad. Mine was perfect, turned on, beautiful color, the only issue i have is my top 2 usb ports don't work. but that's no big deal because i have a HUB plugged in, and into a power outlet to give it double the speed. The mouse and keyboard are even good, i really like them. I like the Graphics card its phenonmanal. I love the 2tb hard drive, i was able to install all my programs on it with no isuses, changed the location of document libraries and things from the C to the D Drive. This is worth the money 505050050505% :))

I bought this computer for its specs, plus it would've cost me 300$+ to build one like this since their is a i7 6700k shortage.. But I am able to crunch through all types of processes at the same time.. If you want a great computer and reliable this is the machine.. Also, don't forget about the two hard-drives it has I forgot and started crowding my SSD, but I moved everything over to the massive 2tb HDD..

This is my second IBuyPower Pc. My first pc is 7 years old and runs like the first day I turned it on. But as all things upgrades can only go so far. Because of the incredible experience with my first pc, it was easy to purchase another from the same company. The quality of the product shines, and this product is starting to provide constant gratification. Easy to set up, easy to appreciate... YOU WILL LOVE IT!!! For a starting gaming pc with the hardware provided and price tag, IT IS WORTH IT!!! Thank you IBuyPower and Thank you BestBuy for carrying such a great product!

I am having major difficulties with this computer freezing up and I have to cold boot every time. You cannot do anything but cold boot. It happens while on the internet or playing games or sitting idle. no pattern to it. I have checked and others are having the same problems with windows 10. However, when it works it kicks butt. would love to know how to fix the issue.

This computer is amazing. The price is perfect. I do't have a lot of time to build my own, and BestBuy combined with IBuyPower made it easy for me to get a really good gaming PC for a fair price. The set up with the components inside the chassis are very good and the cable management is fantastic. Its a very quiet PC as well and thats always nice! I would highly recommend looking at all the products that BestBuy has of this company.

Was shopping around for a new computer for sometime and took a shot at this one from what i read online had what i was looking for. Was surprised with how much expansion room it has and a decent power supply of about max 500w. Windows 10 is a bit tricky to set up so that you wont have to deal with to much pass locks but nothing to hard to look up. Over all a great priced fairly large gaming computer.

LOVE this tower. I found the computer to be very well packed/cushioned. (There was even foam inside the case to keep everything protected.) It was completely intact and in pristine condition upon arrival. I purchased this product for its specs, and the tower as a whole does not disappoint. I had it downloading games nonstop for seven hours, and the unit was very cool to the touch. It's super ventilated, runs smoothly, and is relatively quiet. I tried out GTA V for a test run, and gameplay is amazing. I also like that this computer is made in the US.

Packaged very well for shipping. Easy set up, stays cool to temperature during long hours of playing games, Steam and Origin compatible such as Fallout 4, Cities skylines, Rocket League, Sims 3 w/ DLCs, Sims 4 etc., lights up and runs quietly... very cool looking. Works well with steam controllers. The graphics card allows high to ultra graphics. Plenty of storage and Geek Squad awesome help!!!

Got this computer because the Specs are awesome. It performs as expected. Only issues I have run into is that it freezes every once and a while when I leave it idle. Overall, it worth the investment.
