    So far, so good

So, I was looking for a quality PC for YouTube streaming and video editing. I have heard of the iBuyPower brand before, so it was fresh in my mind. After months of struggling with my current PC I decided to drop the hammer on this one. Set up was easy, so far it has been very smooth and super quiet through every process. The lighting remote took some toying with, but it has finally started to work, so far that is the only negative, and even that has resolved itself. A+

I bought this computer after researching for weeks and weeks. I have built many computers before but this time I just wanted one that I didn't have to mess with and that I could take to BB if it ever messed up (and for the price of the big name brand computers this one had better specs for a cheaper price). So far this computer has exceeded my expectations. Nothing I have thrown at it has slowed it down. I use it for mostly gaming and browsing the web and listening to music. I have not used it with VR but I do not think it would be a problem. The only issue I have with it, is that my wireless AC adapter sometimes drops connection and takes several minutes to reconnect. That could be the fault of the adapter though (it is not the one that came with the computer as they did not include one with the computer at the time of purchase, it was only after I bought it that they started including the adapter). Overall I love this computer and have had no real issues with it. I also really like the lights on/in this thing, and the fact that you can change the colors and speed.

There really isn't much to dislike about this PC. It is built very well, with good-looking sleeved cables and surprisingly good cable management. The hardware is more than enough to max out games at 1080 and 1440p and still good 4K performance. The case looks really great, although the glass panel on the side opposite the motherboard tray is completely unnecessary, as you can't really see anything but it's not a problem as you won't be looking at that side anyways. The RGB case lighting is nice, with an included remote. (The remote has to be pointed directly at the IR sensor, so if it seems like it isn't working you might not be pointing it in the right place. The IR sensor is to the right of the SSD mount by the way.) My only complaint with the case lighting is the rear fan is red, which unless you use red lighting can look somewhat odd. One MAJOR note is that the motherboard doesn't have an onboard wifi chip, so you'll need to purchase one separately if you don't plan on using ethernet. Other than that, it's an amazing PC that I certainly would purchase again.

I have traditionally built my PCs, so when it became clear that my current machine was reaching its end-of-life I began my research. I started pricing and wading through specs, and then on a whim I decided to just check out gaming PCs online. When I saw this one, it had better specs in most areas than what I was planning and was hundreds cheaper than what I was probably going to spend. The reviews were good, so I decided to go for it. I've only had it a short time, but it's an excellent machine. I don't game on the PC as much as I used to, but I do still play an MMO or two on there and they all look fantastic. The included hard drive storage is plentiful, and the SSD is super fast. This thing is quiet. My previous PCs have generally been pretty loud, despite my attempts to keep them quiet. There seems to be plenty of room for upgrades too, which is definitely a plus. I'm glad I took a chance.

    Great Home PC

This is my first PC that was not HP or Dell, which I then replaced all the internals (power supply, video card. etc). I have to tell you I love it. First, it comes with windows...nothing else. No bloatware whatsoever. The thing looks cool. It has a solid glass side panel. It's fast, benchmarks high across the board in all areas. It will handle gaming, multitasking, video editing etc. It has room for expanding if that's your thing. So why only 4 stars. 2 reasons...One, it comes with a remote controlled lighting system that does not work. Reading some of the reviews, this appears to be a common issue. If you knows it happens, either remove the feature or make it work. It's not something I would box up a system for and send back, but when dropping my hard earned $ on a new, high end PC like this, everything should work. And Two, the windows key is required to activate the copy, which I expect and understand. The problem is you have to scratch off on the back of the PC to get this number. This was very difficult, and when I did get it, two of the numbers got scratched off too so I had to spend the first hour guessing these two numbers. Frustrating to say the least. Also fair warning, their customer service is Monday thru Friday business hours, so if you have an issue on the weekend, it will have to wait. I tried calling about the windows activation key and got nobody since it was a Saturday.

I'm not a big fan of Windows 10 OS, but I kind of had to bite the bullet this time around. Easy, relatively quick setup. Rig runs great. I play League of Legends, and I'm running between 275-550 fps. I personally couldn't ask for anything better for the money.

This computer is a pretty good start to building a really good gaming computer. The only thing i changed right out of the box was using an M.2 as disk c. At this price point you can't build this computer for cheaper. If you have any questions just ask.

This is probably one of the best PC towers I've bought that was completely built. The lighting system is great and the PSU shroud is great as well. Also a plus it's super quiet, I run World of Warcraft on ultra and get 100-135 FPS. No complaints (:

I'm not a gamer but I needed a fast machine to handle Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom. I tried different laptops and even a desktop but none could match this machine. It is fast. only negatives are no cd/dvd player and no wifi/bluetooth receiver. i got an external dvd/cd player and I plug a cable directly into the router.

    Decent Computer for the Money

Overall, this is a very nice computer for the money. The inclusion of a 128GB SSD boot drive is nice. The interior lighting is from an LED strip that can change colors with an external remote. I am not sure where the IR receiver is in the case, however, as the lights are not very responsive to the remote. There is no way to dim or change the red light on the front of the case... Pretty bright at night, unfortunately. The keyboard and mouse are nothing special. There is no CD/DVD/Blu-Ray drive (which may or may not be a big deal for you). I found it a little ironic considering the unit included restoration CD/DVDs in the package. Good luck with that (unless you have an external CD/DVD drive). Those complaints are all pretty minor, though. Again, for the price of the unit, it was specced out pretty good. The case is large and the components are easy to access by removing four thumbscrews. Looks like the enthusiast would have some opportunity for upgrading, if desired.

So far this PC has been great. That being said, I wanted to reiterate a few points made by another reviewer. 1. The included keyboard and mouse both have lights. These lights DO NOT turn off when you shut down. Not that this is a problem, but it should be called out in case you have this computer in your bedroom. 2. The remote included to control the interior lighting is very iffy. So far I haven't been able to make it work, however making it work is not really something that matters to me. In terms of the PC itself, this is a great buy for the price. I would definitely recommend it to anyone interested in a great gaming pc under 1k.

I bought this machine on sale before Christmas. It's an i7, has an adequate amount of memory, a decent video card and a SSD for the primary drive. The fans are quiet, and once I moved the IR receiver where it could "see" the transmitter I was able to change the interior lighting, although I would have still given it 5 stars if the lighting hadn't worked. The motherboard is name brand, which is a big plus for reliability and compatibility. I'm an engineer not a gamer, so overclocking and running multiple video cards isn't a requirement. The iBuyPower fit my needs exactly. If I needed one I'd buy another in a heartbeat.

I was going to build my own PC but happened to be in Best Buy and saw this one and the price was very comparable for almost exactly the same parts. This way i did not have to wait for shipping or hassle of putting it together! I am using it with 2 27" Acer monitors

I was a little apprehensive in buying this computer because it came with only 16 Gig Ram. I wanted to boosted it up to 32 Gigs. The Geek Squad tried to find something in the manual about how much it could be set for but was unable to find out in the specs They decided to open the computer and see how many slots it had. The GOOD News...it had two open slots and was able to be upgraded to 64 Gig. I had them add 16 Gigs while it was open. My CC 2017 and other photo programs now runs great. I am sure gamer's will also be thrilled with the graphic's card and its 8 gig ram.

I've been playing around with specs and parts picker sites for months. No matter what, I couldn't find anything that beat this system for the price. Everything is super fast with the SSD and my 4k monitor has never displayed anything better. I originally purchased the computer, got it home and setup and it wouldn't boot - claiming an unavailable boot device. After reseating everything and still no progress I decided to exchange the computer for another. Got the 2nd one home and worked immediately, just like a new pre-built should.

I was excited to buy the iBuyPower Core i7. It had all the computing power I wanted. Core I7, 16gB DDR4, Nvidia GTX1060 video SSD drive for the system and it performs. Woof Woof. Designed for gamers' which I'm not it also has an amusing, configurable multi-coloured internal light display that screams, Killer P I should not have focused on the power options I yearned for so badly and spent a few seconds on what wasn't included in the build. No built in Wi-Fi adapter, no Bluetooth and no Optical Drive. I can get over the lack of an Optical drive, it's almost 2017. Bluetooth maybe but no Wi-Fi adapter, seriously. It was an $1,100 PC. Would I buy it again, yes. I will be sure to look for where they are scrimping in order pay for the NVidia card next time.

Does everything I need. I have 2 monitors hooked up, I game and stream everything I play with no lag or issues with frames being dropped. Obviously an internet connection with 5 or more upload speed is required as well but as far as the computer no issues no crashes completely smooth and quiet plus has some cool light options. Playing games such as H1Z1, CS:GO, Elder Scrolls Online, LoL among others and all at ultra settings and streaming at 720p@60fps although it can handle 1080p too.
